2、bination of filming the image and testing the time using the “ shoes for measuring the time”, we tested on several athletes in athletics school of Beijing Sport University running with five kinds of spee
3、d, sprinting on slope racetrack and the support time, the flight time and the speed change of sprinters under two states of empty hand and hand bearing the 155g burden separately in 100m spr
4、inting. We discussed the relationship of the speed and stride length, speed and stride rate, identified the index for helping the athletes choose the appropriate training slope, analyzed compar
5、atively the two methods of testing the time with “shoes for measuring the time” and getting the time through filming the image, and analyzed and discussed on getting the speed values through
6、 the time and stride length attained with the filming method. Finally, we made the following conclusion: (1) In short, for seven athletes, when speed increases, at low speeds stride length is
7、 the primary factor while stride length is the primary factor at high speeds. However, for the science service work for sport team, although we may refer to the general law, we should make test on every athlete a
8、nd identify the training way of this athlete. The rule got in this study does not fit with the points refereed to by many researchers completely. (2) The manufacture of “the shoe for measurin
9、g the time” made the test of the flight time and support time cared for by athletes to be achieved. In this trail, we made the test on three athletes’ motion during the range of two double str
10、ides in the phase of way running under two states of the empty hand and hand bearing the 155g burden separately. We got:the method of testing the time with “the shoe for measuring the ti
11、me” is feasible and is more exact than the method of getting the time through shooting. according to the time values gotten, we may evaluate the technique and bring forward to the direction of impro
12、ving the skill. The research results of this paper show that the support time and the flight time both have a ultimate value and they appear when the speed of the athletes is the maximum. This pha
13、se reflects the capacity of increasing the speed. We may look it as the index of monitoring the athletes later. The ration of the support time and flight time to total time in the differe
14、nt phase may reflect the good or the bad of the technique. So in the training, we may look it as the index of instructing the training of the athletes. in this paper, we recommend a kind
15、 of method of the swing arm bearing the heavy burden. The experiment results show that bearing heavy burden may improve the speed of the athletes during running and the weight should be app
16、ropriate. The appropriate weight may be obtained from the experiment. This kind of method of the swing arm bearing the heavy burden is different from that studied by the previous researchers. In this method, the athlete
17、s improve the speed during running in combination with the swing arm bearing the heavy burden. The athletes in the national team have already used it. This method is an innovation and at the sa
18、me time widen the training approach of the swing arm bearing the heavy burden. 3 W e founded a skill model of a single stride in sprint. We may get some structure characters about the sprint f
19、rom this model. According to it, we may forecast the best technique of the athletes. And ground a basis for the feedback training later. This job is elementary in this paper and we will make research further.
