簡介:西南財經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文論企業(yè)資產(chǎn)內(nèi)控管理的缺陷分析及制度建設(shè)姓名易巧申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)會計學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師傅代國20051201收款項管理缺陷企業(yè)在應(yīng)收款項的管理上~是不注重源頭把關(guān),經(jīng)濟(jì)合同簽訂、履行、后續(xù)催款和存檔的適時性監(jiān)控程序不健全;二來忽視應(yīng)收款項的資金占用成本,對銷售業(yè)務(wù)員的考核指標(biāo)失之偏頗只重視銷售額不重視回款率導(dǎo)致資金占用額大、資金占用期長、資金回款率低,甚至銷售商品提供勞務(wù)帶來的現(xiàn)金流為負(fù);三來誤以為備用金是內(nèi)部人占用,金額不大應(yīng)該很安全,在借款人調(diào)動和辭職時也未及時組織收款。存貨管理缺陷存貨最大的問題是實物監(jiān)管不力,賬實不符;在外購轉(zhuǎn)銷存貨和異地庫存管理方面各部門、各分子公司間配合度差,形成管理真空;盲目采購物資積壓庫齡長處理不及時,期末減值嚴(yán)重;銷售交貨時因主客觀原因未收取對方簽字確認(rèn)的驗收入庫記錄、暫估入庫時入庫單要素不齊全;財務(wù)人員不懂生產(chǎn)責(zé)任心不夠,滿足于機(jī)械地根據(jù)傳票記賬不能主動地開展工作。長期投資非證券管理缺陷實務(wù)中長期投資的問題最多。一是投資動機(jī)不純,有的是為上規(guī)模在工商局或行業(yè)主管部門騙取更高的從業(yè)資質(zhì)而投資或增資,有的是決策者為謀取私利而投資。其外在表現(xiàn)形式就是虛假出資或出資不實;二是投資協(xié)議特定條款違反國家法規(guī)規(guī)定損害股東利益;三是投資的法律手續(xù)未完成形成產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛;四是對投資對象的經(jīng)營活動和財務(wù)狀況完全失察;當(dāng)然投資的決策分析立項審批程序流于形式盲目投資也是造成長期投資損失的一大要素。在建工程管理缺陷主要表現(xiàn)為決策者巧立名目組織施工項目,借工程發(fā)包和竣工決算謀取私利,收取高額回扣,造成固定資產(chǎn)產(chǎn)能過?;蚬こ淘靸r偏高明顯背離其實際價值此外己投入運營的工程項目拖延不予轉(zhuǎn)固;混淆資本性支出和收益性支出界限,視“在建工程”為蓄水池將當(dāng)期生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營費用擠入建造成本,將不能資本化的借款利息資本化,借之操縱利潤部份已長期停建且已無繼續(xù)修建價值的在建工程長期掛賬不處理不提減值,導(dǎo)致賬面資產(chǎn)虛增,給報表使用人造成誤解。固定資產(chǎn)管理缺陷一是固定資產(chǎn)購置和修建的授權(quán)審批、預(yù)算管理制度欠缺,這點同在建工程;二是產(chǎn)權(quán)瑕疵,資產(chǎn)未辦理過戶可能在期后造成產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛或?qū)ζ髽I(yè)未來的籌資投資計劃帶來不利影響。三是折舊計提不足,如財務(wù)折舊年限遠(yuǎn)大于資產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)使用年限、折舊計提

簡介:NGN是“下一代網(wǎng)絡(luò)NEXTGENERATIONWK”或“新一代網(wǎng)絡(luò)NEWGENERATIONWK”的縮寫。它是以軟交換為核心,采用開放、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系結(jié)構(gòu)提供話音、視頻、數(shù)據(jù)等多媒體豐富業(yè)務(wù)的下一代網(wǎng)絡(luò)。IADINTEGRATEDACCESSDEVICE,綜合接入設(shè)備在軟交換體位于接入層,其主要功能是將各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端統(tǒng)一接入,從而使各種業(yè)務(wù)在包交換網(wǎng)絡(luò)中統(tǒng)一得以實現(xiàn)。IP超市的出現(xiàn)曾經(jīng)在很大程度上緩解了打工流動人口、學(xué)生等特殊消費群“打電話難”、“打長途貴”的問題,受到他們的青睞。隨著NGN網(wǎng)的建設(shè),IP超市還將有巨大的市場。因此,為了配合華為IAD終端,我們開發(fā)了IP超市計費系統(tǒng)。華為IAD可以提供832路電話終端連接,將電話終端的信息轉(zhuǎn)換成IP包,在NGN上實現(xiàn)軟交換,并將計費信息通過RS232傳給計費系統(tǒng)。依賴NGN網(wǎng)的便利,計費系統(tǒng)可以方便的實現(xiàn)計費管理、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)、遠(yuǎn)程升級。

簡介:復(fù)旦大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文FE公司采購內(nèi)控制度的設(shè)計與流程改造姓名鄭維申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)會計指導(dǎo)教師勞蘭珺20070429053025155鄭維FE公司采購內(nèi)控制度的設(shè)計與流程改造論文摘要成本控制是公司競爭力的重要組成部分,而加強采購控制是成本控制必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)。采購內(nèi)部控制制度就是為公司為完成作業(yè)目標(biāo)和防范風(fēng)險,對職能部門及其人員從事業(yè)務(wù)活動進(jìn)行風(fēng)險控制和制度制約的方法、措施及程序。當(dāng)前,許多公司采購內(nèi)控建設(shè)普遍存在理念落后、內(nèi)控機(jī)制不健全、監(jiān)督不到位、作業(yè)流程僵化、績效評估不明確等種種弊端,這些弊端急待不斷探索和解決。本文旨在結(jié)合FE公司的實際采購作業(yè)中的種種問題,借鑒內(nèi)部控制理論的基本框架,采用內(nèi)部控制、供應(yīng)鏈管理、作業(yè)流程再造以及績效評估等多種方法,對FE的采購作業(yè)進(jìn)行分析診斷、內(nèi)部控制制度設(shè)計以及流程再造,建立采購內(nèi)部控制制度,同時對采購整體績效進(jìn)行評估,力圖真正加強對采購作業(yè)的管理,從而節(jié)約成本、提高效益、保證質(zhì)量、提高公司的管理水平和市場競爭力。希望本文能夠?qū)ζ渌具\用內(nèi)部控制理論模式改造采購管理流程有一定的借鑒意義。全文分成四章第一章為引言,簡介FE公司的基本情況以及面臨的問題,闡述本文的研究背景與目的,以及研究的方法與思路;第二章為理論闡述,主要闡述內(nèi)部控制理論、業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論、供應(yīng)鏈管理理論、績效評估理論;第三章為FE公司的采購內(nèi)控現(xiàn)狀及內(nèi)因分析;第四章為FE公司的采購內(nèi)控制度設(shè)計及相應(yīng)的流程再造以及績效評估。第五章為研究結(jié)論以及展望。關(guān)鍵詞采購管理供應(yīng)鏈管理內(nèi)部控制業(yè)務(wù)流程再造績效評估
