4、ger stick to offline learning, the emergence of more and more rich learning resources, attracting a large number of learners into online learning. Therefore, based on a variety of digital learning platform environment ar

5、e constantly emerging, penetrated into all aspects. And whether it is student-oriented learning platform, or for teachers or resource sharing platform designed to improve teachers' professional development platforms

6、are not as we wish to bring disruptive change in the education sector. Digital environment self-regulate learning is an unsupervised learning, and therefore require to pay more attention on platform user needs and autono

7、my, namely internal and external motivation of learners. Through participation and observation on the current large-scale network and research activities of the network research platform data discovery research activitie

8、s in large-scale networks can not meet the individual needs of teachers, teachers lack intrinsic motivation in teaching and research activities. Therefore, an urgent need to identify digital environment independent study

9、 teacher realistic mode of teaching and research in solving network problems teachers lack intrinsic motivation, and in the digital environment also need to rely on independent study teachers to effectively monitor and s

10、upport learning platform, in order to achieve the best the autonomous learning. Papers from four aspects explores digital environment teacher self-learning mode, namely through digital environment independent study liter

11、ature research, summed up a teacher self-regulated learning conceptual model diagram which under the digital environment; and then combined with the current domestic status analysis, summed improve teacher the new self-

12、learning mode--- A small team self-learning mode based subject. Demand framework gives a small team project-based learning; and based on the needs of a small team self-learning mode based subject framework proposed platf

13、orm to build functional modules and gives specific implementation methods. Finally elaborated based on the SharePoint platform by a small team of actual cases implementation of the project-based autonomous learning envir
