5、急應(yīng)對(duì)小組指揮員保持聯(lián)系，由總指揮決定并下達(dá)疏散指令，如有必要他將指令緊急應(yīng)對(duì)小組的指揮員采取進(jìn)一步的行動(dòng)。Role of CMT Leader is to provide final direction to the ERT Leader especially in the event of evacuation. He will be in constant contact with the ERT Leader on the a

6、ctual situation and will make decisions accordingly. He will also give direction to the CMT members on further action to be taken when necessary.當(dāng)緊急應(yīng)對(duì)小組成員處理問題時(shí)，危機(jī)管理小組成員將和總指揮到達(dá)消防監(jiān)控中心，所有危機(jī)管理小組成員都要了解事態(tài)的進(jìn)展，將根據(jù)緊急事件發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，準(zhǔn)備下一

7、步的行動(dòng)指令。Role of the Crisis Management Team Member are to join the CMT Leader at the assigned Crisis Centre（FCC） during any crisis situation to understand the progress of the challenge while the ERT leader is managing it.

11、rgency actions處理緊急事件時(shí)，部門經(jīng)理被指定為緊急應(yīng)對(duì)小組臨時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)人The MAIN ERT LEADER is expected to handle the emergency immediately 當(dāng)值班經(jīng)理到達(dá)現(xiàn)場后，接替緊急應(yīng)對(duì)小組負(fù)責(zé)人任務(wù)while waiting for the Co ERT Leader to arrive at the scene and take over the assi

12、gnment.在09:00-24:00時(shí)間段，緊急應(yīng)對(duì)小組臨時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)人由部門經(jīng)理擔(dān)任在24:00-09:00時(shí)間段，緊急應(yīng)對(duì)小組負(fù)責(zé)人由值班經(jīng)理擔(dān)任From 09:00-24:00hrs, the MAIN ERT LEADER will be the Manager of the Emergency Area and Duty Manager will be the Co-ERT Leader. From 24:00-24:00
