簡(jiǎn)介:南京理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)箱安全曹理技術(shù)及對(duì)策研究摘要水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全管理是危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾h(huán)節(jié)。本論文圍繞水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全管理技術(shù)及對(duì)策進(jìn)行了深入的研究。其主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下分析水路危險(xiǎn)貨物的特點(diǎn)、性質(zhì)等,進(jìn)行了水路危險(xiǎn)貨物分類方法的研究。從“人一船舶一環(huán)境一危險(xiǎn)貨物一管理”五個(gè)方面分析了影響水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全的因素,提出了水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全管理的對(duì)策,其中包括人員的管理,船舶的管理,危險(xiǎn)貨物的管理,環(huán)境的管理,健全嚴(yán)格的操作性強(qiáng)的運(yùn)輸安全管理制度的建立,以及危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全評(píng)估和水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全管理信息系統(tǒng)的建立等技術(shù)手段,并分別對(duì)這些安全管理策略提出了具體的措施。根據(jù)水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn),建立了船舶載運(yùn)危險(xiǎn)貨物綜合安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。將層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)判法結(jié)合起來(lái),對(duì)船舶載運(yùn)危險(xiǎn)貨物的安全性進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估,并編制相應(yīng)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)分析軟件,為管理者的決策提供參考。構(gòu)建了水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全管理信息系統(tǒng)框架,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)基于計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù),完成了危險(xiǎn)貨物信息咨詢子系統(tǒng)及應(yīng)急處理子系統(tǒng)兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本論文的研究工作開(kāi)拓了水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全管理的新思路,為水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全管理提供了科學(xué)的方法。關(guān)鍵詞危險(xiǎn)貨物,水路運(yùn)輸,管理信息系統(tǒng),安全評(píng)價(jià),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)南京理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文水路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)槍安全管理技術(shù)及對(duì)策研究TRANSPORTATIONOFDANGEROUSGOODSSAFETY,AND盯OVIDEASCIENTIFICMETHODTHE,ATERWAYTRANSPORTATIONOFDANGEROUSGOODSSAFETY口ANAGE配NT而RDSDANGEROUSGOODS,瓶TERAYTRANS加RTATION,施N昭EMENTINFORATIONSYSTE口,SAFETYASSESSMENT,DATABASETECHNOLOGYUI

簡(jiǎn)介:上海海事大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文上海地區(qū)內(nèi)河水路運(yùn)輸統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查方法研究姓名文揚(yáng)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師肖昭媛20040601摘要交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,而其中內(nèi)河水路運(yùn)輸在整個(gè)交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)中占據(jù)的地位越來(lái)越重要,相應(yīng)地,對(duì)于內(nèi)河水路運(yùn)輸?shù)慕y(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查,也越來(lái)越受到全國(guó)及各省市的普遍重視,進(jìn)而對(duì)開(kāi)展內(nèi)河水路運(yùn)輸統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查也提出了更高更新的要求,以便通過(guò)科學(xué)合理的統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查,獲取有利于內(nèi)河港口建設(shè)及管理、內(nèi)河航道規(guī)劃等的重要數(shù)據(jù)和統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)。基于內(nèi)河水路運(yùn)輸統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查的重要性和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,交通部早在1993年就開(kāi)始了對(duì)于全國(guó)水路運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查方法研究。上海地區(qū)做為內(nèi)河航運(yùn)最發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū),在這方面的探索和研究是走在全國(guó)各省市前列的。本文通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)水路運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查體系的研究,指出依托港航監(jiān)督部門開(kāi)展內(nèi)河水路運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查在上海地區(qū)以及與上海地區(qū)具有類似港監(jiān)部門職能系統(tǒng)的省市是可行的。通過(guò)對(duì)上海地區(qū)水路運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查方法的實(shí)證及本質(zhì)分析,對(duì)現(xiàn)行方法進(jìn)行了全面而深入的評(píng)價(jià),從現(xiàn)行方法本身及推斷效果兩個(gè)層面來(lái)加以分析和評(píng)價(jià)。在此過(guò)程中,結(jié)合實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),就典型調(diào)查中最優(yōu)典型的確定原則,展開(kāi)了詳細(xì)探討,并給出可供選擇和參考的最優(yōu)典型。最后,就現(xiàn)行方法從抽樣到推算,提出可行性建議;并指出隨著水路運(yùn)輸統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查信息化的趨勢(shì),上海地區(qū)內(nèi)河水路運(yùn)輸統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查面臨的問(wèn)題和進(jìn)一步應(yīng)開(kāi)展的工作。關(guān)鍵詞水路運(yùn)輸,典型調(diào)查,抽樣調(diào)查,抽樣,推算2
