1、中國(guó)國(guó)家男子冰球隊(duì)引入運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)經(jīng)理管理機(jī)制的研究論文隨機(jī)驗(yàn)證編號(hào):BT41602159053IV 摘要 摘要 2011 年 7 月,筆者開(kāi)始了在國(guó)家男子冰球隊(duì)的隨隊(duì)翻譯工作,工作中直觀體會(huì)到隊(duì)伍管理方面存在諸多問(wèn)題,例如:組織目標(biāo)不明確、缺乏科學(xué)計(jì)劃、組織結(jié)構(gòu)缺失等等。 究其原因,是由于國(guó)家男冰承擔(dān)的比賽任務(wù)發(fā)生了變化,對(duì)管理機(jī)制提出更高更全面的要求。目前國(guó)家男冰所能參加的比賽,主要為亞洲冰球聯(lián)賽和世界錦標(biāo)賽兩項(xiàng)。前者是一項(xiàng)職業(yè)賽事,賽季
2、漫長(zhǎng),需處理事項(xiàng)繁多,需要在現(xiàn)有管理機(jī)制基礎(chǔ)上規(guī)范管理方法,完善管理手段。 在實(shí)踐中筆者注意到,較多高水平的冰球隊(duì)都采用了以運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)經(jīng)理為核心的管理機(jī)制,利用高度專業(yè)和規(guī)范化的管理,為球隊(duì)贏得更好的外部發(fā)展空間,并最大限度的提高內(nèi)部資源的整合。而查閱了“運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)經(jīng)理”的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)之后,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)在西方社會(huì)以“運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)經(jīng)理”作為運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)管理的核心,不論在職業(yè)體育還是業(yè)余體育中都在發(fā)揮著巨大的作用,十分值得國(guó)家男冰學(xué)習(xí)借鑒。故本研究結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際情況,提
3、出了“運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)經(jīng)理管理機(jī)制”概念,即“運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)經(jīng)理管理機(jī)制”是以運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)經(jīng)理為核心的管理系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)與運(yùn)行機(jī)理。嘗試在國(guó)家男冰引入這樣一種新的管理機(jī)制。 遂得出“引入運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)經(jīng)理管理機(jī)制解決國(guó)家男冰管理問(wèn)題”的解決方案。 為驗(yàn)證上述假設(shè),本研究通過(guò)參與觀察、訪談法等研究方法,首先總結(jié)出2011-2012 賽季國(guó)家男冰的管理問(wèn)題,從組織目標(biāo)、管理職能、管理對(duì)象、管理方法四大方面予以分析;然后分析引入“運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)經(jīng)理管理機(jī)制”的必要性,認(rèn)為無(wú)論是從引發(fā)管理
4、問(wèn)題的直接原因、問(wèn)題的消極影響來(lái)看,還是從比賽的實(shí)際需求、冰球項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)以及世界發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)來(lái)說(shuō),引入“運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)經(jīng)理管理機(jī)制”都十分必要;最后在以上分析的前提下,12-13 賽季“國(guó)家男子冰球隊(duì)經(jīng)理管理機(jī)制”的試點(diǎn)運(yùn)行進(jìn)行闡述,介紹了機(jī)制啟動(dòng)前的組織設(shè)置變化、工作手冊(cè)的制定、試點(diǎn)的正式啟動(dòng)。在賽季過(guò)半后,對(duì)試點(diǎn)情況分“已有問(wèn)題的改善” 、“取得的新成績(jī)”以及“存在的不足”三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。 整個(gè)研究以發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,提出解決方案,試行總體方案優(yōu)

7、et development were not carried out by any one. Therefore, the situation is in desperate need for change. The reason for these problems is linked to the changing of the Chinese National Men’s Ice Hockey Team
8、 general tasks and purpose. The current National Men’s Ice Hockey Team exists within a highly competitive professional hockey league (AL), whose season is long and therefore many issues need to be dealt with. T
9、he old organization participated in a less complicated situation involving the World Championships and the Asia Ice Hockey League. Unfortunately this means that the original management mechanism is no l
10、onger satisfactory for the new situation. By continuing to follow the existing management mechanism, the outcomes of management behavior and decisions are destined to go wrong. The literature about “Sports Team Manage
11、r” shows that, in Western society, a “sports team manager “, whether in professional sports or amateur sports, is of core importance to the successful management of sports teams. If it is so clearly argued that they pla
12、y such a huge role in a team’s achievement, is it not worthy to adopt some of these techniques to the Chinese National Men’s Ice Hockey Team? Under the guidance of this line of thought, combined with the real
