4、ficance. Firstly, the paper analyses the reasons that give impacts on local government's real role orientation, and gives feedback about the impacts the government’s role orientation gives in the commercial housing

5、 demolition. According to the need of land revenue and political achievements which stress economy proportion, local governments form interests alliance with the real estate developers, use administrative power to interf

6、ere in commercial housing demolition conflicts of interests between the sites and the real estate developers, demolish the sites' houses willfully in commercial housing demolition. This kind of behavior seriously vio

7、lates the sites’ legitimate interests, undermines the public interests carried by commercial housing demolitio， hurts the government's credibility. The results alert，local governments’ right or wrong role orientatio
