1、I III ANALYSIS OF GINGIVAL CREVICULA FLUID INFLAMMATORY CYTOKINES EXPRESSION IN CHRONIC PERIODONTITIS BY QUANTITATIVE ANTIBODY MICROARRAY Abstract Objective: To detect 20 kinds of inflammatory cytokines in gingival crevi
2、cular fluid which were related to chronic periodontitis by quantitative antibody microarray. And, analyzing the group characteristics of inflammatory cytokines in gingival crevicular fluid between chronic periodontitis a
3、nd healthy subjects, while predicting the cytokines signaling pathway to illustrate the group effect of inflammatory cytokines in chronic periodontitis. Meanwhile, we hoped to filter out a biomarker which could better ac
4、curate, rapid and effective on diagnosis of periodontitis. In addition, it could evaluate the development process of periodontitis. Methods: A total population of 32 Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Linxia of Gansu was subje
5、cts for this study. 16 of chronic periodontitis patients were experimental group (P group); 16 were periodontal healthy control group (H group). GCF samples were collected by filter strips and then quantitative detected
6、by Human Periodontal Disease Array Q1 (QAH-PDD-1). Using CCA and RDA to analysis the group characteristic of inflammatory cytokines. In addition, Mann-Witney test and other statistical analysis. Result: 1. 20 kinds of
7、 inflammatory cytokines presented copolymer phenomenon in P group, but more dispersed in H group; 2. P group compared with H group, CRP showed high expression (p <0.05) in the P group; IL-8 showed high expression (p &
8、lt;0.05) in H group. Conclusion:20 kinds of inflammatory cytokines presented copolymer phenomenon in P group, but more dispersed in H group. It was suggested that not a single one but a variety of inflammatory cytokines
9、interaction in pathogenesis of periodontitis. Cytokines showed copolymer may be mutually reinforcing or antagonistic. CRP showed high expression in P group, and positively correlated with periodontal clinical parameters,
