簡介:譬引‘修華東師冤太學(xué)博士后出站報(bào)告全面建設(shè)小康社會進(jìn)程中安徽高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究院一一乎璋掣嗔攀壁流動辨。塞壹。盤博士后壹塑合作撒煎塞韭完成日期2Q鰱生I坦為促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展做出自己的貢獻(xiàn)。高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校如何主動面向農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村和農(nóng)民,建立農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新體系,開發(fā)和推廣農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村急需的先進(jìn)實(shí)用技術(shù);如何重視農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)研究和應(yīng)用開發(fā)研究,有組織地進(jìn)行農(nóng)業(yè)重大項(xiàng)目的聯(lián)合攻關(guān),盡快推出一批有突破性的科研成果;如何發(fā)揮農(nóng)科大學(xué)的學(xué)科優(yōu)勢,積極拓展為農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)服務(wù)的渠道,支持鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)的技術(shù)改造和產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代;如何通過建立定點(diǎn)聯(lián)系縣、科技承包、技術(shù)推廣和選派科技副縣長、副鄉(xiāng)長等形式,建立起連接高等教育和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的橋梁;如何繼續(xù)推廣河北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)走“太行山道路”和安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)走“大別山道路”的經(jīng)驗(yàn),落實(shí)教育與生產(chǎn)勞動相結(jié)合、理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方針;如何加快農(nóng)村科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化和推廣的步伐,促進(jìn)高等院校直接為農(nóng)民、農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展服務(wù);高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校如何培養(yǎng)和培訓(xùn)I農(nóng)村建設(shè)需要的各類高層次人寸如何進(jìn)一步辦好農(nóng)業(yè)高等院校,促進(jìn)高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育、農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究和農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣的緊密結(jié)合如何不斷拓展學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,用科學(xué)技術(shù)的最新成果改造傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科,逐步擴(kuò)大在農(nóng)村地區(qū)的招生規(guī)模;如何制定優(yōu)惠政策,鼓勵(lì)各類高等院校的畢業(yè)生到農(nóng)村就業(yè),拓寬人才通往農(nóng)村的渠道高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校如何與其它類型的學(xué)校配合,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化配景等等,都是擺在高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校目前的課題。鑒于以土理由,我選擇這樣一個(gè)題目作為我的博士后研究課題。高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著宜接、緊密的聯(lián)系。在現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)條件下,這種聯(lián)系越來越緊密,逐漸地出現(xiàn)相互融合的趨勢。高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,不僅會直接與間接地推動著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,同時(shí),它的發(fā)展也要受到一定歷史階段的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的制約。兩方面協(xié)調(diào)地發(fā)展就會促進(jìn)高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)良性循環(huán),相互推進(jìn)。如果兩方面失去協(xié)調(diào),則可能相互受阻,滯緩發(fā)展,造成浪費(fèi)。因此,深入地探討高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、科技進(jìn)步之闖協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的規(guī)律,是十分必要的。本文正是從高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的互動關(guān)系著手,多側(cè)面分析了兩者的關(guān)系。論文深入分析了國內(nèi)外高等農(nóng)業(yè)與發(fā)展的歷史,并從歷史發(fā)展的軌跡中尋求高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展的規(guī)律。我國近代高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育產(chǎn)生于十九世紀(jì)末。新中國成立后,在經(jīng)歷了院系調(diào)整、大躍進(jìn)、充實(shí)提商與相對穩(wěn)定、文化大革命、恢復(fù)與發(fā)展等發(fā)展階段,特別是1994年第三次全國普通高等農(nóng)林教育工作會議后,我國高等農(nóng)林教育進(jìn)入了持續(xù)發(fā)展的階段。歷史地看,我國高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育在國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用,具有不可替代的地位。
