簡介:上海海事大學碩士學位論文我國鐵路、水路、公路運輸業(yè)發(fā)展物流的比較研究姓名徐亦琳申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學指導教師駱溫平20040601我國鐵路、水路、公路運輸業(yè)發(fā)展物漉的比較研究摘要物流作為一種新的理念、一種先進的組織方式、管理技術和最為經(jīng)濟的綜合服務模式,已成為全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的熱點。物流實際上是對運輸概念的一種延伸,是對傳統(tǒng)運輸方式的一個革命性的突破。在日益增長的客戶需求和激烈競爭的市場環(huán)境下,開展物流服務對于運輸業(yè)而言,無疑是一個十分重要的契機。當前。我國的鐵路、水路和公路運輸業(yè)都在尋求合適的物流發(fā)展之路,必須要結(jié)合我國實際情況,發(fā)揮行業(yè)優(yōu)勢,揚長避短,發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流。本文選取了我國鐵路、水路、公路運輸業(yè)發(fā)展物流的比較研究這個較為新穎的角度,根據(jù)對我國運輸業(yè)物流服務現(xiàn)狀及市場需求狀況的分析,并以各種運輸方式和產(chǎn)業(yè)比較為基礎,研究得出以上不同運輸行業(yè)在發(fā)展物流時的優(yōu)勢與劣勢。在此基礎上,提出了在物流服務市場選擇上的建議,并給出了相關的措施。本文分為五章。第一章為運輸業(yè)發(fā)展物流綜述,簡要敘述了運輸與物流的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系,國內(nèi)外運輸業(yè)發(fā)展物流的現(xiàn)狀,我國運輸業(yè)發(fā)展物流的動力與阻力。第二章根據(jù)研究需要對物流服務市場模型進行了一定修正,利用該模型分析了我I虱鐵路、公路、水路運輸業(yè)物流服務提供狀況以及市場需求狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)在供需之間存在著一定的脫節(jié)現(xiàn)象。第三章主要是產(chǎn)業(yè)比較研究。首先分析不同運輸方式的特點,通過比較,得出了開展物流時可發(fā)揮的長處;然后通過產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學中的結(jié)構(gòu)一行為一績效框架,分析并研究了各自的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、行為和績效的現(xiàn)狀及其關系,得出產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對于發(fā)展物流的行為和效果有較大影響,需要從行業(yè)角度完善產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),在開展物流時也要充分考慮產(chǎn)業(yè)特點,提供物流服務的行為和績效存在諸多不足,需要大力改進。在以上兩章的基礎上,第四章分析得出鐵路、水路和公路運輸業(yè)在發(fā)展物流中各自的優(yōu)勢與劣勢?;诖?,第五章結(jié)合第二章的內(nèi)容,提出在物流服務市場選擇方面的建議,并從行業(yè)和企業(yè)的角度給出可實施的措施。全文在前人的理論及研究成果的基礎上,從較新的角度,結(jié)合我國實際情況,進行了研究和分析,旨在為我國的鐵路、水路、公路運輸業(yè)開展物流服務、向現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化提供思路和方向,同時,也為上述行業(yè)的管理機構(gòu)在物流發(fā)展的進程中進行管理提供借鑒和建議。所得的研究結(jié)果具有一定的實踐意義和理論意義,對于加快我國鐵路、水路、公路運輸業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化的步伐將有一定的指導價值。關鍵詞運輸,物流,鐵路,水路,公路

簡介:北京交通大學博士學位論文中國鐵路運輸企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)理論研究姓名姜秀山申請學位級別博士專業(yè)交通運輸規(guī)劃與管理指導教師胡思繼20041201存昔優(yōu)化中提出了適合鐵路運輸企業(yè)的優(yōu)化手段和途徑6系統(tǒng)分析了資本結(jié)構(gòu)、治理結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)績效的相關關系,繪制了相關關系圖。應用博弈淪的理論和方法研究了鐵路運輸企業(yè)控制權(quán)的轉(zhuǎn)移過程和企業(yè)績效的博弈過程,得出了鐵路運輸企業(yè)擁有所有權(quán)有利于提高企業(yè)績效的結(jié)論。提出了鐵路運輸企業(yè)治理結(jié)構(gòu)的新主張,增添了本文深入研究的現(xiàn)實意義。通過上述研究工作,本文取得了以下幾方面創(chuàng)新性成果1對鐵路運輸企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)實進行了經(jīng)濟學分析,從新的視角分析鐵路運輸企業(yè)的實際;2提出了鐵路運輸企業(yè)在政策性貸款、金融抑制、停息掛賬和核銷壞賬、多日標損失、政府補貼等政策影響下的權(quán)衡理論,實現(xiàn)了西方資本結(jié)構(gòu)理論與中國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展實踐、鐵路運輸企業(yè)特點的有機結(jié)臺;3提出了鐵路運輸企業(yè)的目標應該為包括市場價值最大化、總資本成本最小、食業(yè)財務風險最小的目標群的觀點,在分析不同時期、不同稅收情況下的企業(yè)市場價值與資本結(jié)構(gòu)關系基礎上,推導出加權(quán)平均成本與資本結(jié)構(gòu)的數(shù)學關系式。分析了財務風險目標與資本結(jié)構(gòu)的關系,并得出了有學術價值的5個結(jié)論4在分析資本結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素的基礎上,創(chuàng)造性地構(gòu)建了鐵路運輸企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)模型和資本結(jié)構(gòu)動態(tài)優(yōu)化模型;5將“費一?!蹦P蛻糜谫Y本市場與鐵路運輸企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的綜合分析中,使研究結(jié)論更具有說服力6針對鐵路運輸企業(yè)的實際情況,提出了不同于西方資本結(jié)構(gòu)理論的增量優(yōu)化和存量優(yōu)化兩種途徑。在增量優(yōu)化中,引入了模糊聚類等相關理論,并將F一統(tǒng)計量的方法用于新建鐵路劃分結(jié)果的優(yōu)選,從而能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)定量地確定最佳劃分結(jié)果,使其成為既有定性分析的一個重要輔助手段。7本文系統(tǒng)分析了資本結(jié)構(gòu)、治理結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)績效之間的關系,分析了鐵路運輸倉業(yè)控制權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移和企業(yè)績效的博奔過程,并提出了鐵路運輸企業(yè)治理結(jié)構(gòu)的新主張,使本文的研究更具有現(xiàn)實性。關鍵詞鐵路運輸企業(yè)權(quán)衡理論負債水平資本結(jié)構(gòu)治理結(jié)構(gòu)企業(yè)績效

簡介:蘇州大學碩士學位論文中國鐵路客貨運輸企業(yè)營銷機制研究姓名潘紅梅申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)企業(yè)管理指導教師李曉峰20050101中國鐵路客貨運輸企業(yè)營銷機制研究以上海鐵路局為個案摘要摘要鐵路作為一種能源消耗少、占用土地資源少、環(huán)境污染輕、安全系數(shù)高、運輸能量大、適應可持續(xù)發(fā)展的“綠色交通工具”而倍受親睞。但近年來運輸市場的競爭環(huán)境發(fā)生了急劇變化,公路、水運、航空等交通運輸方式得到迅猛發(fā)展,對鐵路運輸形成了巨大的競爭壓力,鐵路運輸企業(yè)的市場營銷正成為一個亟待解決的重大課題。為此,本文作者在上海鐵路部門的允許和支持下,以專題座談和問卷調(diào)查為主要形式,對近百家貨主單位、300多名旅客和80多名客貨運站段中層干部職工進行問卷調(diào)查,并召開了8場有中層于部及普通員工參加的市場營銷專題討論會。在獲取和占有了大量數(shù)據(jù)及資料之后,我們以實證方式詳細分析了我國鐵路客貨營銷機制的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。論文的作者根據(jù)近年來上海局市場營銷的實踐經(jīng)驗,探析我國當前鐵路客貨營銷機制的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,側(cè)重剖析了鐵路企業(yè)經(jīng)營者激勵約束機制方面存在的問題,并提出了改革的建議;在研究過程中,我們既認真借鑒國外鐵路行業(yè)在市場營銷機制上成功做法,也充分吸取我國原壟斷行業(yè)改革的經(jīng)驗,最后從兩個方面提出了優(yōu)化我國鐵路客貨營銷機制的措施或建議,即一方面要加快鐵路發(fā)展的進程,特別是加快我國鐵路的硬件設施建設,另一方面要在鐵路系統(tǒng)中建立市場營銷聯(lián)席會議制度,設立市場營銷專職機構(gòu)、樹立現(xiàn)代營銷理念,倡導共生營銷、外延內(nèi)涵擴能并舉,提供能力保障、改進市場營銷手段,推進營銷工作、建立現(xiàn)代信息系統(tǒng),強化經(jīng)營手段、制定運輸價格策略,提升競爭能力、確立品牌經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,打造強勢品牌、加強人力資源管理,培育營銷團隊等,從觀念、制度、機構(gòu)、策略各個方面,提升鐵路市場競爭力,從而使得中國的鐵路企業(yè)最終能夠在競爭愈演愈烈的運輸市場這一市場已經(jīng)面臨著公路、航空等交通運輸行業(yè)的競爭壓力,同時也將面對來自國外同行兵團的挑戰(zhàn)中立于不敗之地,這也是本論文研究的初衷和根本目的之所在。關鍵字優(yōu)化鐵路客貨營銷機制作者潘紅梅指導老師李曉峰
