5、ial support, job characteristics, the relationship between self-determination ability and creative performance of the staff is not very rich, can only be drawn about the relationship between the four inferred from some r
6、elevant research.This thesis creative theory and self determination theory from the perspective of social support, job characteristics, self-determination ability and employee creative performance of the relationship bet
7、ween the four in-depth study based on the self determination theory and broaden the research field of the creative theory to a certain extent, for the further study on employees' creative performance and provide a th
8、eoretical basis for the enterprise. To improve employees' creative performance has important significance. In this study, the employees as the research object, using Zhu Jinxin's social support scale, Wu Xianghu
9、a's employees' creative performance scale, Deci characteristics of self-determination ability scale and the Chen Jie scale, by random sampling questionnaires, 310 valid questionnaires were collected, and descript
10、ive statistical analysis using SPSS21.0, multi linear in process regression analysis, SPSS regression model analysis of the theoretical model proposed in this paper, and the following conclusions: (1) Social support is
11、positively related to the ability of self - Determination and employee creativity, that is, the higher the social support, the higher the creative performance. (2) Social support is positively related to the ability of
