5、nysoftwarecompaniesdidnotownasetofdecisionmakingprocessesandmethodswhichissystemic,comprehensive,scientific,simpleandconvenientfortheirhumanresourceoutsourcingTherefore,itisnecessarytodofurtherresearchonthedecisionmaking
6、modelanditsrunningprocessofhumanresourceoutsourcingforsoftwarecompaniesBasedonthetheoryandthepracticewedecidedtodeepintothedecision—makingproblemforhumanresourceoutsourcingofsoftwarecompaniesinChinaWretr、,toconstructadec

10、ompaniesandalsodesigneditsrunningprocessindetailFinallyweappliedthismodelanditsrunningprocesstoMsoftwarecompanyanddoneacaseanalysiswithMsoftwarecompany’shumanresourceoutsourcingdecisionmakingThemainconclusionsofthisstudy
