2、何增強電信企業(yè)凝聚力的問題。 </p><p>  一、 什么是企業(yè)的凝聚力 </p><p>  企業(yè)的凝聚力是衡量企業(yè)成員為實現(xiàn)企業(yè)目標而相互影響的程度。企業(yè)凝聚力的大小反映了企業(yè)成員相互作用力的大小。凝聚力越強,企業(yè)成員之間的關(guān)系越融洽,企業(yè)的整體目標和成員的個體目標越容易實現(xiàn)。 </p><p>  影響企業(yè)凝聚力的幾個因素:</p><

4、性。同質(zhì)性的多少與互補性的大小,關(guān)系到企業(yè)凝聚力的強弱。 </p><p>  2,企業(yè)成員的需要 </p><p>  根據(jù)馬斯洛的需要層次理論,人的需要從低級到高級分5層,分別為生理需要、安全需要、社交需要、尊重需要、自我實現(xiàn)需要。需要的層次具有很強的發(fā)展性。在一般情況下,只有低層次的需要得到滿足后,才會產(chǎn)生高層次的需要。</p><p>  3,企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的行為

5、與方式 </p><p>  領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是企業(yè)的核心。如果一個企業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層內(nèi)部不團結(jié),勢必會影響到企業(yè)成員。而一個精誠團結(jié)、能廣開言路、善于聽取各種意見的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)群體會對企業(yè)成員起到示范作用,有助于企業(yè)成員的內(nèi)部團結(jié),形成一種良好的企業(yè)氛圍,進而增強企業(yè)的凝聚力。 </p><p><b>  4,外部環(huán)境 </b></p><p>  當今世界是一個快
