1、中小企業(yè)融資難對(duì)于中國(guó)乃至世界來(lái)說(shuō)都是難題。全球化背景下，很多企業(yè)開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)向海外上市以謀求融資途徑。此過(guò)程涉及到擬上市企業(yè)各類法律性文件的翻譯，本報(bào)告基于《最高額保證合同》的翻譯實(shí)踐，討論目前我國(guó)銀行格式合同翻譯方面的發(fā)展和問(wèn)題，以目的論為理論框架，嘗試將功能翻譯理論應(yīng)用于合同文本分析和合同翻譯實(shí)踐。
最高額保證合同屬于銀行格式合同的一種，在銀行整個(gè)信貸體系中地位舉足輕重。格式合同條款通常由大量長(zhǎng)句難句構(gòu)成，對(duì)一般讀者而言晦
