4、enterprises, human capital in the enterprise of ownership arrangements. In the knowledge- intensive enterprises, although property rights arrangements can take many forms, but the best arrangement of prop

5、erty rights should be to participate in the ownership of human capital share. In this article, from both theoretical and practical knowledge- intensive businesses face the generous sharing of corporate

6、 ownership of human capital were analyzed. The core part of the article includes five parts of the contents of the previous two chapters emphasis on theoretical study, followed by three chapte

7、rs emphasis on practical aspects of analysis. In the theoretical part, the first study on this topic with a brief overview of the theory, including human capital property rights, features, fun

8、ctions, and enterprise ownership arrangements of the three ways a simple introduction. Knowledge- intensive companies from the theory that the best arrangement of property rights is to get ownership of

9、 human capital in the enterprise to share.This paper from the business owners on one side and business side of human capital owners two different angles to prove this, based on the theory a

10、re the principal- agent theory and human capital theory . The last part of the main theory about the knowledge- intensive enterprises, human capital share ownership forms of enterprises, that is

11、to participate in the stock of human capital arrangements and were aimed at their core human capital and general human capital analysis of the equity arrangements .In the practical part, firs

12、t introduced the reality of human capital, knowledge- intensive companies to share ownership of the business three main implementation options, Including management buyouts, stock option and employee stock

13、ownership plan, and were on their meaning, significance and practical implementation problems are analyzed. Then for each implementation of the program, given the existence in reality the case, and eac

14、h case analysis and evaluation. Finally, the implementation of these three programs are compared to analyze the differences between them and their respective scope of application. All in all, s

15、o human capital involved in the ownership of knowledge- intensive enterprises to share the inevitable development of the property rights system, but also reflects the largest enterprises in the
