1、教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展是一個(gè)超越了“教師教育”和“教師培訓(xùn)”的概念,涵蓋了正式和非正式的學(xué)習(xí)方法。教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展強(qiáng)調(diào)的是教師個(gè)體的主動(dòng)的、積極的、自覺(jué)的追求專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)、成熟的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展過(guò)程。而農(nóng)村教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展是我國(guó)教育質(zhì)量提高、教育事業(yè)發(fā)展和建設(shè)新農(nóng)村的需要,是符合國(guó)家對(duì)教師隊(duì)伍要求的,教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展是一個(gè)不容回避的客觀(guān)問(wèn)題。 在本文中的教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展是指在職教師在整個(gè)職業(yè)生涯中的持續(xù)不斷的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程,不僅是指教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn),還包括教師的教學(xué)理念和教
2、學(xué)技術(shù)的在教學(xué)中的運(yùn)用。教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展應(yīng)該與教師的教學(xué)生活相結(jié)合,將信息技術(shù)與教師的教學(xué)和教師的日常生活有機(jī)地融合在一起。 通過(guò)對(duì)六所農(nóng)村中學(xué)的95位英語(yǔ)教師的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師現(xiàn)有的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展形式和內(nèi)容單一,不能滿(mǎn)足不同方面,不同層次的需求。同時(shí)還發(fā)現(xiàn)了農(nóng)村英語(yǔ)教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展需求以及當(dāng)前農(nóng)村網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用的現(xiàn)狀,討論了借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)促進(jìn)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的可能性。 依據(jù)終身學(xué)習(xí)理論、成人學(xué)習(xí)理論、建構(gòu)主義理論以及體驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)理論,提出以
