2、f Social Background in Career Decision Making, Influence Questionare of Serendipitous Events in Career Decision Making, Influence Questionare of Social Background in Major Decision Making and Influence Questionare of Ser

3、endipitous Events in Major Decision Making. Through the studies of the compiled questionares and MBTI on 264 employees and 468 undergraduate students, several conclusions are drawn: 1. The 4 compiled questionares all ha

4、ve satisfied reliabilities, validities and other psychometrics indexes. Influence Questionare of Social Background in Career Decision Making and Influence Questionare of Social Background in Major Decision Making have th

5、e same structure of 4 factors but different factor eigenvalues. Influence Questionare of Serendipitous Events in Career Decision Making has 5 more items than Influence Questionare of Serendipitous Events in Major Decisio

6、n Making, and the two questionares have the same structure of 2 factors but different factor eigenvalues. 2. The employee and student participants admit there are influences of social background and serenditous events

7、in their career or major decision making. 3. Different majors and working places can influence the experience of the social background in employees’ career decision making. 4. Different majors or sexes can influence the

8、experience of the social background in undergraduate students’ major decision making. 5. Different working places can influence the experience of the serendipitous events in employees’ career decision making. 6. Differen

9、t majors or sexes or interaction between education levels and careers of parents can influence the experience of the serendipitous events in undergraduate students’ major decision making. 7. There are no differences betw

10、een employees and undergraduate students in the total scores of social background and serenpitous events, but they have obvious differences in 3 factors of media, relatives and friends and direct serenpitous events (rela
