2、bstract E-banking is based on bank payment system and the online financial service system on e-Business Platform. With the accelerated development of info-tech, e-banking has been indispensible in term of diverse basic t

3、ransactions within individual commerce bank, seen as the crucial competition to most of banks in China. Recently, although the e-banking has played more and more important role in rural commercial banks, and the number o

4、f clients and the volume of transaction have dramatically increased, the related issues still exist. This report will take Jiaoshou Rural Commercial Bank for an example, explore the features of the products of e-banking(

5、personal internet banking, corporate online banking and mobile banking service) as well as the current situation of e-banking service marketing, and compare its performance with other rural commercial banks’ performance

6、in e-banking. Also, this report will study the plans of marketing e-banking service on Jiaoshou Rural Commercial Bank with SWOT, analyze both advantages and disadvantages, locate the challenges and opportunities, and pro

7、pose the related measures to accelerate the e-banking on Jiaoshou Rural Commercial Bank. According to some studies, the major problems in developing the e-banking of Jiaoshou Rural Commercial Bank are uncompetitiveness o

8、f price, insufficiency of promotion activities, lack and over-simplification of marketing channels, low quality of free gift, lack of customized service and low quality of after-sale service. Some studies suggests the

9、following methods to improve the development on Jiaoshou Rural Commercial Bank e-banking, combining the successes both domestically and internationally. First is to improve the competitiveness of price as to attract more

10、 clients; second is to increase the promotion activities and enhance the quality of free gift; third is to diversify the marketing channels in order to draw more attention of customers; forth is to strengthen the adverti

11、sing to lead the customers use e-banking products; fifth is to realize the customized service and the last is to improve the after-sale service to retain the percentage of the market. Key words: Electronic banking;Jiaosh
