體育類碩士研究生交互式教學(xué)效果的實(shí)證研究

1、摘 要目前，隨著招生的擴(kuò)張，我國研究生教育規(guī)模發(fā)展迅速，社會(huì)對(duì)高層次體育專門人才的需求日趨多樣化，學(xué)術(shù)型與專業(yè)型體育碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式并存已成為共識(shí)。但由于體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位在我國的出現(xiàn)時(shí)間不長(zhǎng)，現(xiàn)階段在體育類研究生的具體培養(yǎng)模式上，我國還是處于初級(jí)摸索階段。本文旨在探索體育類碩士研究生中采用交互式教學(xué)模式的可行性，以及在體育類碩士研究生課堂中采用交互式教學(xué)模式的教學(xué)效果如何。本研究以江西師范大學(xué)體育類碩士研究生2 0 1 l 級(jí)和2 0

2、 1 0 級(jí)為研究對(duì)象，分、～為實(shí)驗(yàn)組( 6 9 人) 與對(duì)照組( 5 4 人) ，實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用交互式教學(xué)，即從碩士類型來說，讓學(xué)術(shù)型研究生和專業(yè)型研究生在一起上課，從研究方向來說，讓不同研究方向如運(yùn)動(dòng)人體科學(xué)、民族傳統(tǒng)體育、體育人文、體育教育訓(xùn)練、體育教育、運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練等專業(yè)的同學(xué)相互交流，實(shí)現(xiàn)不同研究方向的交叉。教師的教學(xué)內(nèi)容是9位研究不同領(lǐng)域的教師改變傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式，以講座的形式為教學(xué)內(nèi)容，以交流、討論、分組、演講等不同的方式進(jìn)行師生互

3、動(dòng)、學(xué)生互動(dòng)。整個(gè)教學(xué)過程包括9個(gè)不同的主題及研究領(lǐng)域，實(shí)驗(yàn)前將兩種研究生混合，根據(jù)實(shí)際人數(shù)以學(xué)術(shù)和專碩3 ：2 的比例分成若干組，每次講座前根據(jù)教師設(shè)置的討論題進(jìn)行資料的收集和思考，在課堂中進(jìn)行小組討論，每組得出結(jié)論。并將結(jié)論在組與組之間進(jìn)行交流，并輪流由一名學(xué)生進(jìn)行上臺(tái)演說，將小組討論的觀點(diǎn)和結(jié)論與更多同學(xué)以及老師交流、分享，導(dǎo)師組根據(jù)小組的表現(xiàn)情況給予小組和個(gè)人評(píng)定。為期十一周。對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式，即學(xué)術(shù)型研究生和專業(yè)型研究生

4、分離，課堂教學(xué)以教師講授為主。采用實(shí)驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組前后測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，即在實(shí)驗(yàn)前對(duì)兩組進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查，實(shí)驗(yàn)后對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查，調(diào)查問卷采用一般自我效能感量表，智力效率量表、癥狀自評(píng)量表( 即S C L 一9 0 ) ，采用S P S S l 6 ．0 進(jìn)行獨(dú)立樣本T 檢驗(yàn)等統(tǒng)計(jì)方法。研究結(jié)果：( 1 ) 交互式教學(xué)模式運(yùn)用于體育類碩士研究生教學(xué)可行。( 2 )交互式教學(xué)模式在一定程度上能促進(jìn)學(xué)生一般自我效能感的提高。( 3 ) 交互式教學(xué)模
