3、 the basis of customer 100% satisfaction with different suppliers’ integration. One of the new method – Vendor Managed Inventory （VMI） – taken as its particular characteristics – is perceived as the mains

4、tream trend to implement Leading Edge Procurement of much importance. This article is setting application of Vendor Managed Inventory （VMI）as the main target item. The initial content mentions w

5、ith current problem on every tache with different viewpoints, and then analyzes reason with an improvement proposal. The author also introduces the most common inventory management theories with detail execution exp

6、lanation and application steps. The first chapter provides introduction on contemporary situation of enterprise core competence and basic concepts of supply chain management, which show the importance

7、 and urgency of inventory management. And then in the second chapter, author address detail history, theory basis, effectiveness of Vendor Managed Inventory （VMI）methodology. The article, with a closer anal

8、ysis, develops with a mathematics model to reinforce research of the topics from problem description, target function, obligation condition to uncertainty adjustment. With the following narration of VMI design &

9、 realization, the article mainly focuses on basic assurance confirmation and technical support detail with exhibit of feasibility. In the last, the author presents one actual example of VMI implementation projec
