3、 matched case 一 contrust study was carried out .376 Patients after the total hysterectomy remedied at the frist affliated hospital of xin jinag medical university from january 2006 to january 2009 were enrolled as a ca

4、se group ,and 376patients without total hysterectomy were selected remedied in the jiujiawan for inspection.the patients were interviewed medical record and questionnaire survey. The contrast group were interviewed quest

5、ionnaire survey . Chi 一 square test and logistic regression were used for univariate and multivariate analysis to study the clinical analyze of after the total hysterectomy on the occurrence of incontinence and female s

6、exual dysfunction .to survey the relativity of incontinence and female sexual dysfunction .Results： in the case group the incidence rate of incontinence 44.9.% （169/376）, female sexual dysfunction 45.5%(171/376).in the

7、contrast group the incidence rate of incontinence 34.3% （129/376） , female sexual dysfunction 25.8% （97/376） . Chi一 square test and logistic regression were used to conclude that （1）the total hysterectomy is the risk ele

8、ment of incontinence and female sexual dysfunction.(2)the incontinence after total hysterectomy related to （P1）the surgery range ,the magnitude of uterus, the bleeding during the operation.(3)the female sexual disfunctio
