2、ion, marketization, informationization trend and the exaltation of the status of higher education in national developmental strategies have forced the higher education to pay more attention to the need of the economic so
3、ciety, and meanwhile aggravate the competition of higher education within the country and even in the world. Inside, higher education faces the entanglement and challenge from some problems, such as, high differentiation
4、 vs. high integration of disciplines, education for all-round development vs. examination-oriented education, elite education vs. mass education, etc. It’s urgent for Chinese higher education to construct new ideas and m
5、echanisms, to innovate the higher education prospect developed under educational ideas, in the hope of matching the national strategic and social need and tallying with the expectation of the development of higher educat
6、ion. There are a lot many theories and practices of creative education in China and abroad. Marx’s Theory and Practice of Comprehensive Development of Human, Theory of Education for All-Round Development, Theory of Multi
7、ple Intelligence, Human Capital Theory, Constructivism Theory and many others provide multiple ways in carrying out the creative education. Many top universities in the world have made a lot of achievements in practicing
8、 of creative education. Western countries, especially the US, always take the lead. Some Asian countries and regions, such as, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, etc., also have good experience worthy of learning. Moreover, univer
9、sities in China have also made long-time exploration on this aspect and formed their own characteristics. All these provide inspirations for us to study the creative education system in universities. The major task of th
10、is thesis is to probe into the construction of the creative education system in higher education institutions from the law of human being’s development under the macroscopical national and social perspective. Hence, base
11、d on Theory of Education for All-Round Development and Theory of Multiple Intelligence, using the good experience of universities in and out of China on creative education for reference, the thesis tries to reveal the in
12、congruous systems and mechanisms between Chinese higher education and creative education and thus summarize the general rules for higher education institutions to construct creative education system, that is, to establis
