2、rom two homologous strains as MDL1118 and MDF1104 from mink's intestinal tract, this study gain feed additive which was used in animal testing. Used Investigate the physiological and biochemical properties as well as
3、 DNA identification on these two strains of bacteria. Combine with animal experiments to verify their healthy characteristics, in order to find suitable micro-ecological preparation on mink's dietary. Experiment I: S
4、creening and separating probiotic lactic acid bacteria (LAB) in the enteric contents of healthy mink. Thawing the sample fully which was collected and placed in -80 ?C refrigerator and then setting within a sterile homog
5、enizer in order to obtain the original bacterial solution. Each sample were carried out seven of the gradient diluted in turn and then inoculated on the corresponding culture medium, then were placed in incubator and CO2
6、 incubator with optimum temperature culture. Purified and selected single colony then observed and recorded colony growth state. Combined classification based on colony form, the shape of bacteria and Gram stain. Prelimi
7、nary results of a total of 95 strains of the availability bacteria (of which 59 strains of lactic acid bacteria, 36 strains of Bifidobacterium ) , selected one of 22 strains of lactic acid bacteria used in this experimen
8、t finally. Experiment II: Screening, separation , identification and security testing of probiotic lactic acid bacteria. Separating and screening the bacteria strain with MRS culture medium. Used growth characteristics a
9、nd biochemical identification experiments combined with DNA identification to determine the strain of the species identified. Finally were carried out security testing by experiments in mice. As a result, were selected t
10、wo strains of bacteria as Lactobacillus plantarum and Enterococcus faecium, tentativkely named MDL1118 and MDF1104, which were consistent with mink’s intestinal environment, conducive to animal feeding, vigorous growth a
11、nd easy to cultivate. Experiment : applicatio Ⅲ n of probiltic lactic acid bacteria. Chosen 120 young healthy Denmark male sables, carried on a three-month field test. Selection 120 young minks, which were individual de
12、velopment neat randomly divided into 6 groups, each of the groups was given 20 minks. Set up three kinds of groups such as the blank group, the experimental group of bacteria and the goods bacteria group, a total of six
