1、名詞化結(jié)構(gòu)因其表達準確簡練，表述客觀而被頻繁的應用于科技英語當中，其有著自身的特點和功用，但這也增加了翻譯的難度。如何再現(xiàn)名詞化所表述的客觀事實并翻譯成中文是科技英語翻譯中的一大難點。
本文從功能對等角度對科技英語中的名詞化翻譯策略進行了研究。在前人研究的基礎上，以筆者的個人實踐為研究對象，通過案例分析，本文探討了名詞化的結(jié)構(gòu)、特點功能，并對名詞化和動詞在科技英語中的應用進行了對比，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)名詞化在科技英語表達中有著明顯的優(yōu)勢
