簡(jiǎn)介:本文根據(jù)蘭州連城鋁業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司自身的特點(diǎn),以解決環(huán)保問題、節(jié)能降耗、實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本生產(chǎn)為目的,對(duì)蘭州連城鋁業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司進(jìn)行環(huán)境治理改造的必要性和可行性進(jìn)行了論述,對(duì)改造的具體方案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。治理改造工程中最重要的是碳素系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和電解系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)兩部分。改造工程主要是針對(duì)連城鋁廠現(xiàn)有自焙電解槽的污染問題,同時(shí)配套改造建設(shè)陽極生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。所以在碳素系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中主要對(duì)陽極生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和產(chǎn)品規(guī)格、預(yù)焙陽極的生產(chǎn)工藝流程、預(yù)焙陽極生產(chǎn)配方以及對(duì)預(yù)焙陽極的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化改造。電解鋁生產(chǎn)采用的是熔鹽電解法。在電解系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)部分,主要對(duì)電解計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,同時(shí)提出了鑄造車間及氧化鋁和氟化鹽貯運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的改造方案。
