簡(jiǎn)介:隨著社會(huì)不斷進(jìn)步,科技的不斷發(fā)展,INTER的網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬和網(wǎng)絡(luò)速度也得到了極大地提升,因此,GIS與INTER相結(jié)合的基于BS模式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)地理信息系統(tǒng)WEBGIS也有了很大的發(fā)展,并且由于它具有非常明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),將會(huì)漸漸取代傳統(tǒng)的CS體系架構(gòu)下的GIS地位,因而成為處理“位置”信息的最為主流的技術(shù)。在交通運(yùn)輸飛速發(fā)展的今天,機(jī)動(dòng)車輛起著非常重要的作用。為了加強(qiáng)車輛的管理和調(diào)度,保障司機(jī)的人身安全,誕生了基于GPSGIS的車輛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),它是網(wǎng)絡(luò)地理信息系統(tǒng)、GPS定位系統(tǒng)和無(wú)線通信系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合而產(chǎn)生的,可為車輛的監(jiān)管部門監(jiān)控遠(yuǎn)隔在千里之外的車輛提供了一種非常便利的現(xiàn)代化的工具。本文詳細(xì)分析GIS技術(shù)、GPS技術(shù)、GSMGPRS技術(shù)、它們?cè)趪?guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及應(yīng)用的情況,從而在系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)方面以及系統(tǒng)的硬、軟件設(shè)計(jì)方面,詳細(xì)闡述了機(jī)動(dòng)車輛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的整個(gè)過程。充分實(shí)現(xiàn)了定位數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確傳輸、電子地圖的匹配顯示以及機(jī)動(dòng)車輛的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控等基本功能??傊?,機(jī)動(dòng)車監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的成功應(yīng)用,將大大提高交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)張以及機(jī)動(dòng)車輛運(yùn)行的安全性,可大大增強(qiáng)處理突發(fā)事件的能力;增強(qiáng)交通運(yùn)輸彼此之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力;有效地降低車輛的空載率,提高機(jī)動(dòng)車輛的運(yùn)營(yíng)效益,具有較好的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

簡(jiǎn)介:近年來,隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快,面對(duì)巨大的城市人口出行和環(huán)境污染壓力,優(yōu)先發(fā)展城市快速公共交通,尤其是城市軌道交通已成為全世界解決城市交通問題有效途徑。我國(guó)城市軌道交通發(fā)展速度也非常快。在現(xiàn)在的理論研究上,發(fā)展城市軌道交通的必要性、重要性已經(jīng)成為人們的共識(shí),已不再是學(xué)者們研究的重點(diǎn),研究的重點(diǎn)已轉(zhuǎn)向技術(shù)、管理等具體領(lǐng)域。而作為其管理領(lǐng)域的核心城市軌道交通運(yùn)營(yíng)組織與管理是解決城市交通問題的關(guān)鍵。本文基于深圳地鐵1號(hào)線1期工程運(yùn)營(yíng)的實(shí)況,對(duì)城市軌道交通運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析;將分形理論運(yùn)用于城市軌道交通客流量分析,利用其自相似性和自仿射性對(duì)城市軌道交通路網(wǎng)客流量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè);基于目前城市軌道交通車輛選型的方法多為定性的方法,將層次分析法運(yùn)用于城市軌道交通車輛選型,并通過實(shí)例論證其合理性;對(duì)深圳地鐵1號(hào)線客流量分布不均的實(shí)際情況實(shí)際上大多數(shù)城市都是如此,提出按比例的長(zhǎng)短列車交路套跑的城市軌道交通列車交路方案,既滿足運(yùn)輸量的要求,又很好的節(jié)約了運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。文章將系統(tǒng)的思想貫穿始終。運(yùn)用定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法,將統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和層次分析等方法運(yùn)用于城市軌道交通運(yùn)輸組織的管理當(dāng)中。實(shí)踐表明,本文所提出的方法具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
