1、I 長三角經濟圈金融集聚對海洋經濟增長影響的實證研究 摘 要 金融是現(xiàn)代經濟的核心， 而金融集聚是金融發(fā)展的核心。 金融集聚通過規(guī)模經濟和范圍經濟吸引金融資源的流入，促進區(qū)域經濟金融的發(fā)展；同時，通過集聚效應和輻射效應推動周圍區(qū)域經濟金融的發(fā)展， 使得不同的地區(qū)出現(xiàn)明顯的經濟發(fā)展差距。因此，金融集聚是提升區(qū)域經濟金融競爭力的關鍵因素。 長三角經濟圈作為世界六大城市群之一和我國的經濟金融最發(fā)達的地區(qū)之一，其海洋經濟發(fā)展十分迅速，2010

2、 年長三角海洋經濟生產總值占我國海洋生產總值的 32%。但環(huán)境和資源的約束逐漸突出，亟需轉變海洋經濟增長模式，加快產業(yè)結構升級調整。 因而如何充分發(fā)揮長三角經濟圈金融集聚對海洋經濟增長的效應，增強未來海洋經濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的潛力和能力，顯得尤為重要。 本文旨在構建金融集聚對海洋經濟增長影響的理論框架基礎上， 實證分析長三角經濟圈金融集聚對海洋經濟增長的支持效應， 并進一步分析長三角經濟圈金融集聚對海洋產業(yè)結構升級效應， 深入挖掘長三角經濟圈

3、金融集聚支持海洋經濟增長的現(xiàn)狀和不足， 進而對發(fā)揮金融集聚促進海洋經濟增長的效應提供參考意義。本文的主要研究內容如下： 首先，文章在介紹金融集聚和海洋經濟的內涵、金融集聚的動因分析、金融集聚的條件分析和經濟性質分析等內在機理的基礎上， 分析了金融集聚作用于海洋經濟增長的支持路徑， 并介紹了論文中運用的模型和方法， 構建了金融集聚對海洋經濟增長影響的理論框架。 其次， 從長三角經濟圈金融集聚水平現(xiàn)狀分析、 長三角經濟圈金融集聚水平的測度兩

4、個角度評價長三角經濟圈金融集聚水平。 長三角經濟圈金融集聚水平的測度是在評價指標的構建原則基礎上，從金融規(guī)模、經濟規(guī)模、金融基礎和金融市場化四個目標層 28 個指標構建評價指標體系，并運用主成分分析法對金融集聚水平進行測度。 然后， 運用面板數(shù)據模型對長三角經濟圈金融集聚對海洋經濟增長影響進行實證分析。 在測算金融區(qū)位熵指標的基礎上， 進行模型的單位根檢驗和協(xié)整檢驗以確定長三角經濟圈金融集聚和海洋經濟增長之間是否存在存在均衡關系。 通過

10、prominent, there is an urgent need to change the mode of economic growth and speed up the upgrading of the industrial structure, So it is particularly important to give full play to the financial agglomeration effect on

11、marine economic development, enhance the potential and ability of sustainable development of marine economy in the future. This paper aims to construct the framework of the effect of financial agglomeration on marine eco

12、nomic growth, on the basis of which analyses the effect of financial agglomeration of China's Yangtze River Delta economic circle on marine economic growth through empirical modeling. Then, deeply analyses the upgrad

13、ing effect of marine industrial structure of financial agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta economic circle on marine economy, finding the current situation and shortcomings of the support of financial agglomeration
