1、點(diǎn)焊是一種常見(jiàn)的電阻焊接,它的形成是基于兩個(gè)聯(lián)結(jié)部件接觸面的熱量。在汽車領(lǐng)域點(diǎn)焊被廣泛用于連接板材。點(diǎn)焊的質(zhì)量對(duì)整個(gè)車的結(jié)構(gòu)健康有著相當(dāng)重要的作用,尤其是在發(fā)生事故時(shí)的爆破。點(diǎn)焊的尺寸對(duì)于點(diǎn)焊的質(zhì)量有著很大的價(jià)值。由于電極力,焊接電流和焊接時(shí)間,導(dǎo)致點(diǎn)焊的尺寸不統(tǒng)一。如果點(diǎn)焊的尺寸和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的點(diǎn)焊尺寸之間的差異大,將帶來(lái)很大的安全隱患。目前,很多汽車制造廠是利用傳統(tǒng)的超聲檢測(cè)點(diǎn)焊的尺寸,然而傳統(tǒng)的超聲檢測(cè)有它的缺點(diǎn),例如,在檢測(cè)中需要耦合劑
2、??諝怦詈铣暭夹g(shù)不需要耦合劑,并且它可以產(chǎn)生導(dǎo)波。所以,它可以用來(lái)檢測(cè)材料的特征在生產(chǎn)中甚至生產(chǎn)線上。導(dǎo)波具有多模式,這個(gè)特點(diǎn)說(shuō)明,導(dǎo)波可以經(jīng)過(guò)很長(zhǎng)的距離傳播到結(jié)構(gòu)中的任一點(diǎn)。
基于相關(guān)學(xué)者的學(xué)習(xí)成果,利用有限元方法仿真建立了空氣耦合超聲產(chǎn)生導(dǎo)波的模型。之后,在空氣耦合超聲產(chǎn)生導(dǎo)波模型的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了空氣耦合超聲導(dǎo)波檢測(cè)點(diǎn)焊的模型,分析了接收器接受的信號(hào),掌握了在板材中和空氣中波的存在形式。然后,建立了空氣耦合超聲導(dǎo)波檢測(cè)點(diǎn)
