4、; water conservation; techniques.I. INTRODUCTIONWater is a strategic resource which is related to human survival and development. The The pressure of water supply subarea should be acted according to Code for Design of B
5、uilding of Water Supply and Drainage, while the best use hydraulic pressure of sanitary wares is between 0.10 MPa and 0.20 MPa, most of them are in overpressure flow. In recent years, branch pipe decompression was widely
6、 used in projects, which became an important measure for water-saving. In the lower part of water supply subarea, the hydrostatic pressure of water supply after decompression should take low value as possible on the cond
7、ition that it satisfies the demand of rated flow of sanitary wares’ water supply fittings. It is suggested that, in higher part of water supply subarea, decompression measures should be taken when the lowest hydrostatic
8、pressure of sanitary wares’ water distribution points is more than 0.15 MPa.B. Adopt decompression measuresProperly allocating relief fitting in water supply system means that hydraulic pressure should be limited within
9、limiting value and reduce the threat of overpressure flow.Reducing Valve can reduce dynamic pressure, static pressure; have good running characteristics and have obvious effects on throttling and sound absorbing, which i
10、s widely used in the new buildings. However, the price of reducing valve is expensive, so it should be used after doing an economic comparison in poor and backward areas. Proportional valve has simple structure and reaso
11、nable price which is recommended to use. Compared with reducing valve, decompression orifice plate’s system is fairly simple, and has less investment as well as convenient management, but decompression orifice plate can
12、only reduce dynamic pressure but not hydrostatic pressure, and the downstream pressure is always changing with the upstream pressure and flow rate. So it only can be used under less demand on water supply pressure.III. P
13、ERFECT HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND REDUCEINEFFECTUAL COLD WATERWith the improvement of people's living standard and improved building functions, building hot water system gradually become a indispensable part of buil
14、ding water supply system. According to the survey, most central hot water supply system exist serious wasteful phenomenon, which is mainly embodied in we can not obtain satisfactory hot water in time after opening hot wa
15、ter apparatus, but let out some cold water to normal use. The present Code for Design of Building of Water Supply and Drainage puts forward three methods of hot water circulation, which include branch pipe circulation, s
