2、review the history of the Tang Dynasty. First of all, Article introduced exile Penal, exile and “Yixiangren”. Comprehensive previous studies,Discussion five problem of the Tang Dynasty’s exile: exile location ,exile r

3、easons , management, treatment and the impact on local. And from the perspective of legal provisions, introduction of the past were not taken seriously the “Yixiangren”. Based on relevant historical materials, this art

4、icle point out that the Liuyiren’s identity trend of the Tang Dynasty’s Law, Royal Decree. Some researchers consider that Zuojiang Officials is an special demoted officials. This article holds that Zuojiang Officials

5、is demoted officials. And Since the mid-Tang Dynasty, the majority of the demoted officials usually outside the normal officials System. About the demoted officials’ term limits and promotion, this article made a new

6、judge that demoted officers’ promotion is not slow than other officials. Impact on their promotion’s most crucial factor is Liangyi. Article concern about the salary of the demoted officials. We find that the demoted off

7、icials’ salary always Pay in accordance with their Positions Since after Tianbao age. Article focused on the demoted officials’ Liangyi. Respectively carding three points of Liangyi :Start Time,Specific implementation,In

8、itial situation。Expounded four situations of the Liangyi system: Lenience, Complete Tenure in office, Enough time, Complete mourning time. Analysis of some of the cases, got such a conclusion: in the early Tang Dynasty,

9、 demoted officials not have Deprived of his Positions, rank and so on. From demoted officials’ curriculum vitae and his rank, we inferred that bureaucrat rank system no longer follows the old provisions to the late Tang

10、Dynasty. In the article, the Liangyi list made by Taiwan scholars has been replenished. As a result of bureaucrat rank system decline, demoted Officials’ “Zi” Becomes important, although regain the “Zi” is only achieved
