2、d we are being from the original industrial age to the information age. Web2.0 as the representative of the new information technologies played a crucial role currently in the world. Compared to the original simple brows
3、ing access to information and knowledge, the Internet uses new technologies to achieve interactive communication of information, provides rich experiences for the users, and be able to achieve a full information sharing,
4、 which made the original flow of information from one-way to multi-directional, changed the original model of social relations deeply, so that the recipients of the information have also become the creators of the inform
5、ation. This makes more and more information on the Internet. From information technology as a statistical tool to assist enterprises records, statistics, analysis of data early period, to the internet initial a simple co
6、rporate website shows product information, an enterprise has developed to present a full range of online shop and online customer service system. New technologies impact and change business operations and strategies more
7、 and more. From the 'attention economy', 'viral marketing' to 'word of mouth marketing', 'Long Tail', these new business models are closely related to the new technologies currently, which
8、 development are deeply affecting the production, marketing, even change the enterprise information management, enterprise organizational behavior and strategic planning. All require us to stand on a new point of view, b
9、ased on present, look to the future for Web2.0 and enterprise information then thinking deeply. The purposes of this research is aimed at the impact of Web2.0 new technology to the information management during productio
10、n process, tries to study and introduce into some latest management theory of Web2.0 into, so as to enhance the management of enterprise information on how to upgrade and develop, with a small business for examples, and
11、more specifically, to explain Web2.0 features among the profound content and easy to use. In addition, there are some theoretical researches which are related to Web2.0 enterprise information technology at home and abroa
12、d. This subject bases on previous studies then builds a new enterprise information management platform with information, Web2.0 and e-commerce, and breakthrough knowledge management. This will provide more research and d
13、irection for enterprise information management. This paper will analyze the source of Web2.0 concept, the theoretical foundation and technical features involved inside, and will analyze the impact o of Web2.0 features to
