3、lectric constant, low dielectric loss, low leakage current and other excellent properties. In recent years become a hot research.CFO is the spinel structure of magnetic materials, it have high magnetic anisotropy, large

4、coercivity, high resistivity, spectral characteristics of the magnetic is good and other excellent properties. In this paper, BST、CFO target was prepared by solid state reaction. And the target preparation process was mo

5、dified. We use Magnetron sputtering method to prepare single BST, CFO film, and to study their conditions. Analysis of film surface morphology, crystal structure, ferroelectric properties, ferromagnetic properties, compo

6、sition by Atomic force microscope, RT66A standard ferroelectric tester, X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescence diffraction, we get de best film p

7、reparation process, and use the best film preparation process prepare two kinds of layered thin films and mixed-shaped composite Multi-ferrous films. Similarly by using the several instruments analyze three composite fil

8、ms of all aspects. The results show that layered structure is superior to mixed film. If the ferroelectric layer and the ferromagnetic layer deposition in a different order, we get different performance. The film which i
