15、rspectiveofsustainabledevelopmentgreenbuildingassessmenteffectsofthemainindicatsofexternaleffects.SincebeginningthedevelopmentofgreenbuildingtuutyofquantitativeindicatssystemisstillnotestablishedIbelievethatthefollowinga

16、spectsshouldbeanalyzed:(l)strictlycontroltheconstructionindustrysizelimitthenumberofemployees.Extensivegrowthmodelepitomizedbythestruggleovertheconstructionprojecttheconstructionprocessusinghumanwavetacticsoncethestateli
