16、中既帶羥基又帶羧基,是自然界中存在的最廣泛的一種羥基羧酸,也是最簡單的一種羥酸。從生產(chǎn)乳酸的原料看其來源廣泛如植物淀粉,纖維素半纖維素木質(zhì)素等,而利用淀粉質(zhì)原料發(fā)酵制備乳酸早已商業(yè)化。這兩點(diǎn)都為以乳酸為平臺(tái)分子制備大宗化學(xué)品提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),因而乳酸可以進(jìn)行范圍廣泛的化學(xué)反應(yīng)如氧化反應(yīng)、還原反應(yīng)、縮合和在醇基上的取代反應(yīng)等從而制備多種乳酸衍生物。圖1由乳酸制得各種化學(xué)品第2章乳酸催化轉(zhuǎn)化制備乳酸催化轉(zhuǎn)化制備23戊二酮戊二酮23戊二酮(PD
