11、 is critical amid the fierce international competition environment. To some extent, the competition of talents is the competition of the ability that parents train children. So the ideas and methodology of family educati

12、on will affect training effectiveness. This essay attempts to compare family education between China and America in terms of educational purpose, educational result and educational method, analyze the reasons for forming

14、激烈,而這種競爭歸根到底是人的素質的競爭,是人才培養(yǎng)的競爭。從某種情況下,人才的競爭是父母育兒能力的競爭。因此,家庭教育的理念和方法直接影響了孩子個人能力的培養(yǎng)。本文通過對中美兩國家庭教育在教育目的、教育方法、教育結果方面的比較,分析形成兩國家庭教育差異的原因,進而找出對中國家庭教育改革的啟示,美國家庭教育的一些實踐,能為中國提供借鑒。從而使中國孩子變得能夠獨立生存,適應各種環(huán)境,具有獨立解決問題的能力。</p><

25、pose of family education has restricted the family education direction, and decided its overall effect. The purpose of American family education is to train children into the social person who can adapt to each kind of e

26、nvironment and shall have independent survival abilities. The social person is not one kind of faintly misty ideal, but is one plain, extensive requirement. Therefore American parents can treat children education easily.

29、 Chinese parents care about children's academic achievement excessively. The only requirement to the children is studying hard. Then the parents ignore children's creativity, the ability of adapting to every envi

31、legate power to children. Americans also pay much attention to training the infant awareness of self-reliance and independence. That is to say, when children have difficult problems, they must think, judge and strive to

32、solve by themselves. It will facilitate the development of children's independence. This is the indispensable ability that children go out of home and confront the complex society. It is very important for the on<

41、ned to positive, optimistic, bold and calm. If anything happened they can get along with people harmoniously, optimistic, bold, and have willpower of overcoming the difficulty. Hence, they dare to think, and do anything.

51、 history and culture, which is restrained by ancient culture. Especially the influence of long-term feudal peasant's consciousness is rooted deeply. On the cultural values, it is mostly holding back and conservative,

53、e survival pressure is small. USA is a society opening the door to talented person. The employing mechanism is perfect, the workforce atmosphere is free. There are many chances of changing jobs. So Americans have open vi

54、ew to choose jobs, and have many chances of the vocational selection. American parents think children can survive in the society in the future; the job should be equally matched no matter whether it is high or low (certa

56、en to have favorable circumstance in their lives. The educational purpose of American parents is educating “people ". The America is more macroscopic, extensive, which can cope with shifting events by sticking to a

68、 orientations. Americans focus on training individual character. The universal ethical principle orientation is based on individual. Paying attention to the individual advantage; advocating the personal development, self

69、-fulfillment, are USA’s cultural core. A scholar in USA points out precisely: in the society of democracy, each citizen ponders a very small goal habitually. He is independent and individual. In the family, the individua

85、rents should respect the children and find the advantages from them. The children are not the parents' attachment or private property. The children are an independent. The parents should get along with the children e

86、qually. Respecting the children is the true love. Because respecting can produce inner motion, the children can develop on their initiative. Along with the development of modern society, it is possible that the children
