3、t;<b> 中文摘要</b></p><p> 私人教師這個(gè)職業(yè)在中國(guó)已經(jīng)有幾千年的歷史,然而隨著近幾十年來(lái)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人民生活水平的提高。人們對(duì)孩子或?qū)ψ陨淼慕逃蟛粩嗵岣?家教已經(jīng)迅速發(fā)展成一個(gè)有規(guī)模的產(chǎn)業(yè)。英語(yǔ)逐步演變成世界語(yǔ)言的,從而引起廣大中國(guó)家庭的重視。所以英語(yǔ)家教在整個(gè)家教市場(chǎng)又占據(jù)很大的份額,起著舉足輕重的地位。由于缺少合適的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,東西方文化的巨大差距,以
4、及母語(yǔ)的干擾,限制了中國(guó)學(xué)生對(duì)外語(yǔ)的理解和運(yùn)用,這些局限性給中國(guó)學(xué)生帶來(lái)很多英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)上的問(wèn)題。同時(shí)給中國(guó)的英語(yǔ)家庭教師更多的挑戰(zhàn)性。作為一個(gè)自考生,我很有幸的從事了兩年的英語(yǔ)家庭教育工作,本文將結(jié)合我的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn),從建立良生關(guān)系,提高學(xué)生興趣,創(chuàng)造良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,充分利用好個(gè)別教育的優(yōu)越性等幾個(gè)方面探討中國(guó)英語(yǔ)家庭教師如何在中國(guó)這樣的言語(yǔ)環(huán)境下去提高教學(xué)的效率。</p><p> 關(guān)鍵詞:教育,學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,興趣

13、not attach enough importance on every student’ individuality. Educated in such a general environment, the students lack individuality and creativity. With the advance of people’s expectation and the improvement of teachi
14、ng model, this state will be changed. A rational teaching model is not only to raise the students’ commonness, but also the individuality. Moreover, to design an individualized scheme considering every student’s individu
15、ality .individual </p><p> The Language Environment for English Study in China</p><p> English is a foreign language is china. English learners study under the Chinese language environment. We
16、 don’t have an English study atmosphere like that in English spoken country. We learn it through classes. Classes and books are the input origin for the main language. The teaching model is always designed by teachers, e
17、ncircle teaching material to listen, talk or read, write and roles performance. The teaching is based on the principle of imparting knowledge. Many teacher demand the teacher </p><p> Main Problems the Chin
18、ese Students Face with English Learning </p><p> The great difference between Chinese and English and the internal language circumstance in china make it a very difficulty for the Chinese English learners.
19、Many problems exist in English study for the Chinese students. The following listed are the typical ones</p><p> Most Chinese students are not interested in English study , especially when they are lagged b
20、ehind , they even plan to give up this subject</p><p> The most Chinese English learners have a poor language environment and situation. It is a really barrier for English study </p><p> Lack
21、of practice and use , the English knowledge is easy to be forgotten or not impressive </p><p> Most English learners have a weak listening , expression ability</p><p> So how a English tutor t
22、o overcome these problems? The following is some of my opinions.</p><p> Concrete Methods to be a Successful English Tutor</p><p> Build an Image of Both Teacher and Friend </p><p&g
23、t; Education was defined as a social activity of cultivating a person ,and teaching was always defined as a education activity that composed by teacher’s teaching and students’ learning (王漢瀾,王道俊1989:5 ) . As a teacher,
24、we should treat teaching as a career, not a occupation. Teacher should be with love, love is a sincere passion and a noiseless language. Who love his student is respected by his students. A friendly teacher-student relat
25、ion makes the students happy and active. So Gorky said who don’t</p><p> Be an English Teacher with Authority</p><p> Why did I stress the image of teacher? First of all, a English tutor is a
26、 teacher. The student or his parents pay for his courses. The tutor should be responsible for his teaching quality and his student. Secondly, establish the teacher’s image can enhance his authority to the student. Author
27、ity is different from highly moral and holy stateliness. If a teacher is a noble, learned, enlightened and skillful with teacher, he was easily to be accepted. A teacher who is strict but equal to his stude</p>&l
28、t;p> Educating is not a easy job,but a complex and difficult task. It needs some exploration,some wisdom,some self restriction. It just likes Jofet Stalin said “Be cautious when you are cultivating a person, just lik
29、e the gardeners to nature the flowers and trees”(Spencer 1962:3). You must love your students and try to get close to them with your heart and soul. Briefly speaking,love your students is the first step to form the autho
30、rity. Teachers’ authority formed rest with many factors. Include the </p><p> Be a Friend of Your Student</p><p> To be a friend of your student is one of my experiences. on the standpoint of
31、humans’ living meaning,education is ‘communication with human who have equal moral quality(鄒進(jìn) 1991:1) .When you are friends , the kids will like you and think you are equal in interpersonal scope. On the other hand,he wi
32、ll easily share his thinking to you ,and any other difficulties on study. As a English tutor,to establish such a friendship is no longer a tough problem. You must remember that before you take the task </p><p&
33、gt; Always to be with your student and intend to learn something from his. That indicates you focus on his opinions. When the students are speaking ,don’t interrupt</p><p> Keep contact with your students,
34、 tell them when they can call you and your contact means.</p><p> Have your student to solve the difficulties in classes and don’t scoff them </p><p> Be humorous and dare to scoff yourself<
35、;/p><p> To greet your student every time everywhere. That give them warmth ,such as some simple questions(Lynda Fielstein ,Patricia Phelps 2002:182-183)</p><p> “how are you ?”</p><p&
36、gt; “how about your weekend?”</p><p> “is anything ok?”</p><p> Thinking in a manner of exchanging positions, if you were a student, you were greeted like that, don’t you feel warm? And don’t
37、 you think the teacher is a friendly and amiable? After was asked for several times, the students will treat his teacher as one of his friends naturally.</p><p> Raise the Student’s Interest on English Stud
38、y </p><p> Interest is a direct factor to stimulate the students study actively. Once the interest is formed, the learner will focus on his study, set free his potential and overcome his difficulties. A stu
39、dent who is interested on English can effectively master the knowledge, be happy and positive when they are studying English. So we can see that interest is so vital for English study. Interest is the beginning of initia
40、tive, creativity and active. The most important motivation is interest in work or stu</p><p> Teaching Combines with Reality</p><p> When you are given a class ,combine the knowledge on the bo
41、oks with reality can let your student know the actual meaning of English learning. By this method,we can not only develop the student’s observe ability but also the appetite for knowledge. For example, the title of the l
42、esson is The Changeable Weather in UK. As a tutor, you should make sure that the main task of this lesson is to tell him why the climate there is changeable. So how to achieve the expected efficiency and what to prepare?
43、o</p><p> For activate the student’s passion and develop his actual problem solve ability. I always encourage him to solve the actual problem with knowledge. For example, my student’s book demands the users
44、 to give a brief conclusion every week. I ever ordered him to give a short speech to his parents every week in English to conclude the study of the past week. The first week he can only speak“dad and mum, I can finish al
45、l the homework that mister Lu set”, but a few weeks later he can speak a lot , the v</p><p> Affective Motivation</p><p> Considering the internal demand and individual character of the studen
46、t to give him encouragement, try your best to motivate your students’ internal drive. Seize his flash with indifferences. Praise can translate common into positive factor. Estimate and appreciate successful factor in hi

49、nce and the interference from mother tongue restrict our recognition and application to English. I ever asked a foreigner that what the best way is for learning English. He answered me with a humorous tone: go to USA or
50、merry an American,if you can not do like that ,to watch a American movie everyday. There is a Chinese adage “Xiucai stay at home can </p><p> Foreign language worker should adapt differences, teach a studen
51、t in according to their natural ability .if the teacher can not realize the individuality and cultural diversity, they will meet some incredible and tough problem. In a class, a teacher who consider the kids’ individual
52、ity and learning methods can creative a wonderful language atmosphere for the most students(賈冠杰 2002:37).These words remind us of the importance of circumstance for English study. Ideal English study environment shou<

55、uage materials talking are helpful for their language study. Talk to the foreigners or go abroad for study is useful but not everyone has such a chance. We must correctly face the reality that most people are in such a s
56、ame language environment, and struggle to create a excellent language environment for that most English learners. But how can we create such a proper language for learning English? The following are some of my thoughts a
57、</p><p> Active-Participate Teaching Model</p><p> Make it in scene in class is helpful for promoting the student’s recognition and understanding. For instance, I demand my student greet me in
58、 English, when he see me he will ask me’ how are you, mister Lu’ / hello, teacher. I felt happy every time when I heard and praised him. My praise is an encouragement for him and he kept on. After some days, he was willi
59、ng to ask me question or talking with me in English. That was a really progress for him. Although some mistakes can not be avoided, be I to</p><p> Family and Tutor Create an English Atmosphere Jointly</
60、p><p> The time spent in classes is limited. I always set some homework or task for my student. All for helping him to consolidate and enhance his English level. But my task must not be very hard or deviate fr
61、om his actual level. For example, I demand him to see an English spoken cartoon or an English movie, but mostly are to do some English listening which match his teaching material. Under the circumstance, the family plays

63、as dozens of students,which make it impossible for the teacher to give a class considering all students character and actual level. Individual education provides such a chance for developing the student’s individuality.
64、As an emerging teaching model, individualized education have many advantages. Theoretical speaking,individualized education can increase the communication frequency between teacher and student. The student’s subject posi
65、tion is enhanc</p><p> Fill Learning Gaps</p><p> Individual education provides a chance for filling the learning gap of student. Learning gap means the student is weak or lack in some part in
66、 English study. For instance, one is weak in listening but excellent in writing or all aspects are excellent except oral. The latter is so common in our country. The learning gap exposes his problem on study, maybe a mis
