35、asterCAM,CAD/CAM數(shù)控加工。</p><p>  1 SolidWorks和MasterCAM簡介</p><p>  SolidWorks軟件屬于中端三維CAD軟件,是Dassault System公司旗下SolidWorks子公司的產(chǎn)品,軟件最大的特點是易學(xué)易用,容易掌握,對硬件的要求較低。另外,在世界范圍內(nèi)有數(shù)百家公司基于SolidWork*開發(fā)了專業(yè)的工程應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)作為

36、插件集成到SolidWorks的軟件界面中,其中包括模具設(shè)計、制造、分析、產(chǎn)品演示、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換等等,使它成為具有實際應(yīng)用解決方案的軟件系統(tǒng),但在工程中要實現(xiàn)應(yīng)用需要其它模塊的支持。MasterCAM美國NC Software公司所開發(fā)研制的CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)軟件,由于卓越的加工功能,在世界上擁有眾多的忠實用戶,被泛應(yīng)用于機械、航空、造船、模具等領(lǐng)域。然而MasterCAM的設(shè)計(CAD)功能相對薄弱,在進行復(fù)雜曲面造型時一比較困難,而這正

37、是SolidWorks的優(yōu)勢所在。本文為MasterCAM軟件提供了DXF , I(}ES , CADL , VDA , STL, PA-RASLD , DWG等標準圖形轉(zhuǎn)換接口,可以把其他CAD軟件生成的圖形轉(zhuǎn)變成本系統(tǒng)的圖形文件,實現(xiàn)圖形文件共享。建立完模型后選擇合理的加工方式,利用MasterC</p><p>  因此利用SolidWorks進行CAD設(shè)計,結(jié)合MasterCAM進行數(shù)控加工,就成為當前模

38、具企業(yè)優(yōu)先選擇的CAD/CAM方式,下面以手機蓋模具為例,介紹SolidWorks結(jié)合MasterCAM9. 0在模具設(shè)計和加工方面的應(yīng)用。</p><p>  2基于SolidWorks的手機蓋模具設(shè)計</p><p>  SolidWorks軟件具有很強的建模功能,利用其拉伸、切除、鉆孔、倒角、抽殼、曲線曲面等命令可以完成各種類型的零件設(shè)計。</p><p> 

39、 2. 1原始設(shè)計模型</p><p>  以手機蓋例,利用SolidWorks軟件選擇零件,先選擇草圖并繪制草圖,進行尺寸約束和幾何關(guān)系約束,然后進行拉伸、切除、鉆孔、倒角等生成三維立體圖。</p><p>  2. 2手機外殼制作加工</p><p>  (1) SolidWorks手機外殼制作</p><p>  如上面打開零件繪圖框,

40、選擇“前視”,插入“基準面1,在“等距距離”框中輸入“10",建立基準面1,如圖1</p><p><b>  圖1基準面建立</b></p><p>  在“前視面”上繪制橢圓圖形,選擇“工具/草圖” 繪制“工具/裁剪”直線對橢圓進行裁剪、尺寸設(shè)置,如圖2。</p><p>  在“基準面 1”上繪制同樣圖形,選擇“插入/凸臺基體/

41、放樣”,彈出放樣對話框,在“輪廓”框中分別選擇“草圖1”和“草圖2",選取圖形上表面的邊線對其倒圓角,半徑為10 mm,如圖3</p><p>  選擇“工具/草圖繪制實體/文字”在圖形上表面繪制文字,然后點擊“拉伸凸臺/基體”按鈕,深度1mm,效果如圖4</p><p>  ( 2 ) Mastercam手機外殼模擬加工</p><p>  打開Mast

42、ercam操作界面,點擊File/Converters/IGES/Read file,找到所存文件并打開,即可完成Solidworks與Mastercam圖形文件的轉(zhuǎn)換,如圖5所示。 然后經(jīng)過不同步驟的①加工部位選取、②刀具選擇、③刀具參數(shù)設(shè)置(圖6) ,④加工路徑設(shè)置、⑤粗加工參數(shù)設(shè)置、⑥精加工參數(shù)設(shè)置等設(shè)置,最終完成手機殼的數(shù)控自動編程)選取圖不邊線并按圖進行設(shè)置。</p><p>  完成上述各種工藝

43、參數(shù)設(shè)置,經(jīng)過下述加工步驟仿真(圖7}最終成型如圖8 。①外形銑削;②文字上表面銑削;③殼體上表面銑削;④圓周粗加工;⑤系統(tǒng)生成程序(圖9)。</p><p>  利用MasterCAM9. 0后置處理模塊,選用機床對應(yīng)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的后置處理程序來生成數(shù)控程序。選用MPFAN. PST文件則MasterCAM9. 0將生成適合該機床運行的數(shù)控程序。MasterCAM軟件系統(tǒng)針對許多數(shù)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)了與之匹配的后處理文件(

44、如FANUC , SIEMENS ,MITSUBISHI等),選取相應(yīng)后處理文件,即可直接生成特定數(shù)控系統(tǒng)所需的數(shù)控加工程序。由于此系統(tǒng)是國產(chǎn)的南京華興21M數(shù)控系統(tǒng),MasterCAM軟件系統(tǒng)中沒有與之相匹配的后處理文件,自動生成的NC程序不能直接傳送給數(shù)控機床進行加工,需要進行簡單的修改。修改完畢即可將文件傳輸給數(shù)控機床,完成工件的加工。</p><p>  對自動生成的數(shù)控程序主要進行了以下三方面的修改。&

49、/p><p>  介紹了SolidWorks軟件和MasterCAM 9. 0軟件的功能模塊和工作流程。以手機外殼教學(xué)模型為例詳細介紹了SolidWorks軟件和MasterCAM 9. 0軟件的一些基木操作,包括CAD零件的幾何造型,CAM零件的模擬仿真加工、NC代碼的后處理過程三部分。此外,還介紹了SolidWorks軟件與MasterCAM軟件圖形文件的轉(zhuǎn)換。將其智能化的3D繪圖功能和MasterCAM軟件具有
