2、ears.With the innovations of structures and the increase of the span length,all kinds of uncertainty have arisen,and the engineering construction is faced to unprecedented high risk.The engineerin

3、g accidents which endangers safety of structures,properties and people’ s lives,may take place if enough attention has not been paid. This thesis focuses on wind- induced risk of the construction

4、 of high pier and long span continuous rigid- frame bridges,which includes the following aspects: 1.The theoretical skeleton in this part, the risk conception and its analysis principle are discuss

5、ed.The definition of risk and the selection principle of risk analysis methods are put forward, the definition of the wind- induced risk of high pier and long span continuous rigid-frame bridg

6、es during construction is given and the theoretical skeleton of the wind- induced risk analysis for bridges is built. 2.Referring to engineering documents,detailed studies and reports,as well as

7、engineering manuals,which dealing with uncertain parameters of wind- resistant performance of bridge,a database of uncertain parameters on wind- resistant performance of bridges is compiled. This data

8、base can also be used as references for projects with the same design challenges later. 3. Aiming at the status of calculating methods of reliability of structures,taking into account the appl

9、ication of engineering practice , put forward the Monte Carlo method of structural reliability; High pier and long span continuous rigid- frame bridge construction risk assessment methods of wind-

10、 induced static stability, galloping stability, buffeting cantilever construction safety and comfort and wind- induced stability of high pier are established. 4. the principles of risk assessment o

11、f risk assessment indicator is proposed;Risk acceptance criteria and evaluation criteria for the level of risk represented by wind- induced bridge construction risk evaluation index system are established.

12、Wind- induced risk- coping strategies are introduced;high pier and long span continuous rigid- frame bridge construction of wind-induced risk decision- making of the basic principles, methods and pr

13、ocess are described. High high pier and long span continuous rigid- frame bridge construction of wind- induced risk decision- making principles and decision- making criteria are established.This provides an

14、 important frame of reference for risk decision- makers. 5.Risk assessment of Beishan bridge is carried out with the methods of risk assessment of high pier and long span continuous rigid- frame
