2、nce later period of the 80's. And outsourcing is considered to be one of the motivations bringing fundamental change to enterprise over the recent ten years. Nowadays, it has already become
3、 a kind of management tactics that the business communities have generally adopted. In the developing process of outsourcing theory, the theorists advocated generally the non- core activities should be
4、outsourced to other more capable organization, but core activities cannot be outsourced. If core activities will be outsourced, the enterprise has been able to lose the core competence and the comp
5、etitive advantage. But with the development of market and the intensifying of the competition, more enterprise begins to consider, whether the outsourcing of certain core activities is feasible and nece
6、ssary. At the same time, some related research organizations and scholars also propose the affirmation view to the outsourcing of core activities. Based on the contradiction, this paper starts with a
7、nalyzing basic conception and put forward the concept of “ core activities without unique competence”. According to relevant theory, this paper has proven the core activities without unique compet
8、ence can be outsourced, and further proven the necessity of core activities outsourcing through the massive cases research. Then this paper has analyzed several key questions which enterprise mus
9、t pay attention especially in the operation process of core activities outsourcing. Finally, to aim at the impediment that our country enterprise met in the process of outsourcing core activiti
