1、21世紀(jì)是個(gè)嶄新的世紀(jì),科技發(fā)展日新月異,社會(huì)變遷十分迅速,而經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。教育在促進(jìn)科技和經(jīng)濟(jì)全面發(fā)展中越來(lái)越重要。“科教興國(guó)”已成為各國(guó)的共識(shí),新世紀(jì)的教育改革已被提到日程上來(lái),新世紀(jì)對(duì)我們教師提出了實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的更高要求。 為了實(shí)施全面的素質(zhì)教育,繼續(xù)推進(jìn)教育改革,溫州市教委要求各中小學(xué)教師樹(shù)立科學(xué)的學(xué)生觀,真正承認(rèn)學(xué)生個(gè)體發(fā)展的特殊性。由于初中學(xué)生英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)差,兩極分化現(xiàn)象等問(wèn)題越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式不再適應(yīng)新的形
2、勢(shì),學(xué)校的教學(xué)工作面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。而現(xiàn)在社會(huì)對(duì)英語(yǔ)又越來(lái)越重視,這對(duì)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)有了更高的要求。面對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,因材施教,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,是學(xué)校英語(yǔ)教師需要面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。為了落實(shí)因材施教原則,結(jié)合我校的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)為分層次教學(xué)勢(shì)在必行,溫州實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)進(jìn)行了分層次教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)改革,分層次教學(xué)是我校英語(yǔ)教學(xué)擺脫困境的有效途徑。據(jù)此,本論文立足于溫州實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)的教學(xué)改革,對(duì)英語(yǔ)分層次實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行理論和實(shí)踐的探討。 首先,對(duì)分層次教學(xué)的的理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)進(jìn)行
