26、t;　　引言　</b></p><p>　　區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)交流和合作已成為一種普遍的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象，區(qū)域間物流、商流、信息流、資金流等不斷涌現(xiàn)，使物流活動(dòng)變得日益頻繁。如何構(gòu)建區(qū)域物流體系已成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)快速、健康、穩(wěn)定、持續(xù)發(fā)展等待解決的問(wèn)題。區(qū)域物流體系的構(gòu)建是一個(gè)極其復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題，涉及物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施平臺(tái)、物流信息平臺(tái)以及物流政策平臺(tái)的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)。而區(qū)域物流能力的提升必須以區(qū)域物流需求為導(dǎo)向，以滿足區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)當(dāng)前以及
