28、展趨勢，PLC的應用將更加普遍。</p><p>　　關鍵詞：PLC，發(fā)展，市場，接口</p><p>　　1 PLC的發(fā)展和市場情況</p><p>　　1.1 PLC的發(fā)展歷史</p><p>　　1968年美國通用汽車公司提出取代繼電器控制裝置的要求，第二年美國數字設備公司研制出了第一代可編程序控制器，滿足了該公司裝配線的要求。進入20

29、世紀70年代，隨著微電子技術的發(fā)展，尤其是PLC采用微處理器以后，這種控制器就不在局限于當時的邏輯運算了，功能得到進一步增強集成， 現在已有第五代PLC產品了。</p><p>　　在80年代至90年代中期， 是PLC發(fā)展最快的時期， 年增長率一直保持為30%～40%。由于PLC機聯系處理模擬能力和網絡方面功能的進步，擠占了一部分DCS的市場并逐漸壟斷了污水處理等行業(yè)，但是由于工業(yè)PC的出現， 特別是近年來現場總

30、線技術的發(fā)展，IPC和FCS也擠占了一部分PLC市場，所以近年來PLC增長速度，有所漸緩。</p><p>　　1.2 我國PLC的市場情況</p><p>　　在PLC應用方面，我國是很活躍的，近年來每年約新投入10萬臺套PLC產品，年銷售額30億元人民幣，應用的行業(yè)也很廣。</p><p>　　國內PLC生產廠約30家，但沒有形成頗具規(guī)模的生產能力和名牌產品，還

31、有一部分是以仿制、來件組裝或“貼牌”方式生產，因此可以說PLC在我國未形成制造產業(yè)。作為原理、技術和工藝均無尖端技術難度的產品，只要努力，是能形成制造產業(yè)的。</p><p>　　產品的市場的潛力是巨大的，不僅在我國，即使在工業(yè)發(fā)達的日本也有調查表明，PLC配套的機電一體化產品的比例占42%，采用繼電器、接觸器控制尚有24%。所以說，需要應用PLC的場合還很多。</p><p>　　從技術

32、創(chuàng)新的角度看，我國大中型企業(yè)還要大力發(fā)CIMS（計算機集成制造系統(tǒng)），在機械制造廠要形成FMS柔性制造系統(tǒng)，PLC是基礎，所以PLC市場是廣闊的。</p><p>　　PLC具有穩(wěn)定可靠、價格便宜、功能齊全、應用靈活方便、操作維護方便的優(yōu)點，這是它能被廣泛應用的根本原因。</p><p>　　2 PLC的網絡及發(fā)展趨勢</p><p>　　一個或若干PLC與PC機聯

33、出系統(tǒng)，PC機起到原編程器及人機界面操作站的作用， 這20世紀90年代的新潮流，這樣為系統(tǒng)集成帶來了商機，同時編程軟件和人機界面軟件（監(jiān)控軟件或稱組態(tài)軟件）及軟件接口也得到了發(fā)展。</p><p>　　近年來，PLC廠家在原來CPU模板上提供RS232/422/485接口的基礎，逐漸增加了各種通訊接口，而且提供完整的通訊網絡。由于近來數據通訊技術發(fā)展很快，用戶對開放性要求很強烈，現場總線技術及以太網技術也同步發(fā)展

34、，所以PLC構成的PCS系統(tǒng)比DCS的開放性所處的現狀稍好一些。</p><p>　　2001年我國機械工業(yè)成為工業(yè)發(fā)展新亮點，總產值比上年增長17.15%，汽車產量為世界前10位，機床產量為世界第5位。機械工業(yè)利潤增長33.35%，占整個工業(yè)新增利潤六成多。出口同樣出現可喜的增長?，F在機械工業(yè)提出要實施網絡化，對這一點，PLC 從業(yè)人員應有清醒的認識， 應對網絡化的開放性、網絡構成的性能/價格比和網絡的可靠性、

35、安全性、先進性上特別下功夫。</p><p><b>　　3 總結</b></p><p>　　PLC的應用領域是寬闊的，還有許多領域急待開發(fā)，如用于海關過境車輛認證、自動售藥等在我國已有實例。另外，在離散事件系統(tǒng)中，如公路網交通流、物流系統(tǒng)、柔行制造系統(tǒng)及一切非標準隨服務系統(tǒng)中，均可以采用 ＰＬＣ，進而建模和采取對策并優(yōu)化。PLC的應用將更加普遍。</p>
