3、ollective administration organism called The Music Copyright Society of China,which was established in 1992.It i s becoming more perfect than before. Although it is late for copyright collective a

4、dministration organisms to come to China ,it is only 20 years since the organisms came to China .The organisms are developing more quickly in China..In 1990,The Copyright Law with no any cont

5、ent in it,but in 1991,Copyright Collective Management Regulations introduced the organism to protect the copyright of the members first,then in 1992,China established his first organism.In 2001,The Copyright

6、 Law was rewritten with the change of the situation in our country ,now it makes some rules for the organisms formally. Then on Mar1,2005,Copyright Collective Management Regulations with some more detailed

7、contents in it.The Regulations can do many things for the organisms in China since it were introduced to use by us. Both the copyright holders and the users can benefit from the moving mech

8、anisms of the organisms. With the appearance of the importance of the copyright collective management.The perfect mechanism of the collective administration o rganisms causes more attention by peop

9、le. The organisms have more than one character in China. The thesis looks on the copyright collective management at an angle of moving mechanism,emphasizes particularly on discussing the mechanism of

10、the organisms are in motion ,then discusses how to perfect their limitations. On the basis of received materials in the library ,the thesis adopted some methods to analyze the organisms how to

11、 come into being ,how to difine their character ,interior and exterior moving mechanism including their limitations in our country at present,has some deeply thinks about the mechanism. At last
