簡介:提交EL期三QQ盎生墨旦IIIB午GLIIC三個亞級。3通過實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),寧夏“自然一經(jīng)濟一社會”系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展起點很低,但發(fā)展勢頭較好。從1990年到2003年,科學(xué)發(fā)展指數(shù)增長了643%,由較低的IIIB級提高到稍低的ILIA級。依據(jù)預(yù)測,到2010年寧夏的科學(xué)發(fā)展指數(shù)將達到O40,科學(xué)發(fā)展指數(shù)由目前的ILIA級提高一個等級而達到II級,進入中等水平的發(fā)展階段。4寧夏的全面發(fā)展水平逐年提高。從1990年到2003年,寧夏的全面發(fā)展水平提高了379%,發(fā)展水平由較低的IIIB級提高到中等偏下的1IB級,提高了2個等級。構(gòu)成發(fā)展水平的因子中,經(jīng)濟水平發(fā)展速度較快,提高了53%生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況有很大改善,提高了33%社會發(fā)展速度相對較慢,提高了26%。5寧夏的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平波動式發(fā)展,協(xié)調(diào)性有待進一步提高。從1990年到2003年,由很低的IIIC絨提高到較低的IIIB級。在影響協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展狀況的因子中,|三態(tài)經(jīng)濟的仂調(diào)狀態(tài)為很低的IIIC級,城鄉(xiāng)平衡狀態(tài)比較高,在II級和IC級之FBJ波動;區(qū)域平衡狀態(tài)較好。對外開放和生態(tài)經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)增長速度較快,但由于基礎(chǔ)較差,始終處于很低的ILLC級。6寧夏的可持續(xù)發(fā)展?jié)摿χ饾u增強。從1990年到2003年,由很低的ILLC級提升到稍低的ILIA級。構(gòu)成發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ母饕蜃又?,?jīng)濟發(fā)展?jié)摿B續(xù)跨越了4個等級,由很低的IIIC級提升到中下的11B級社會發(fā)展?jié)摿μ嵘艘粋€等級,由很低的IIIC級提升為IIIB級;生態(tài)承載力增長也較快,由較低的IIB級進入中下的IIB級。7寧夏“自然一經(jīng)濟一社會”系統(tǒng)發(fā)展狀況空間差異很大。2003年全區(qū)的科學(xué)發(fā)展指數(shù)在空間上分為3級,基本表現(xiàn)為由北部平原區(qū)向南部山區(qū)等級逐漸降低的趨勢。首府銀川市為IIB級,發(fā)展水平為中下寧南山區(qū)固原市6個縣區(qū)為IIIB級,發(fā)展水平較低;其它13個縣市區(qū)為ILLA級,發(fā)展水平稍低。二級指數(shù)和三級指數(shù)的評價結(jié)果比較復(fù)雜,多項指數(shù)表明寧夏北部平原區(qū)的發(fā)展狀況好于寧夏南部山區(qū),但個別指標是南部山區(qū)的部分縣市好于北部平原區(qū)。8實證研究結(jié)果客觀、準確地反映了寧夏的發(fā)展狀況,和寧夏區(qū)情能夠很好地吻合,表明該評價體系科學(xué)嚴密,可操作性強,具有很大使用價值。本研究的創(chuàng)新之處1構(gòu)建了在省域和縣域?qū)哟紊暇哂衅者m性的科學(xué)發(fā)展指標體系該指標體系比可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標體系涉及的內(nèi)容更為全面,指標的分類更為清晰,指標間的冗余度更小。2建立了科學(xué)發(fā)展三級指數(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)模型LL

簡介:馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo)的哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)是人們認識世界、改造世界的重要工具是推動歷史發(fā)展和社會進步的重要力量。哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)的研究能力和成果是綜合國力的重要組成部分。馬克思主義理論作為哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)各學(xué)科的基礎(chǔ)需要哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)各學(xué)科的繁榮發(fā)展來支撐建設(shè)中國特色社會主義也離不開以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo)的哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)的繁榮發(fā)展。高校作為人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、新思想和新文化傳播的基地在繁榮發(fā)展哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)、建設(shè)社會主義先進文化中承擔著重要責任高校哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)是我國哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)事業(yè)的重要組成部分。因此高校要進一步增強責任感、使命感和緊迫感把加快繁榮發(fā)展哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)作為一項重大而緊迫的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)采取有效措施為不斷提高哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)研究水平和質(zhì)量而努力。本文以哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)研究的五大主力軍之一高校為研究對象在充分肯定改革開放以來我國高校哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)事業(yè)發(fā)展取得的成績基礎(chǔ)上認識到進一步繁榮發(fā)展我國高校哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)的必要性和緊迫性指出了大力繁榮發(fā)展我國高校哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)的現(xiàn)實意義分析了我國高校哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)發(fā)展中存在的問題及因為提出了繁榮發(fā)展哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)的相關(guān)對策對于進一步繁榮發(fā)展高等院校及我國哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)具有重要作用。
