3、y life. They are both the teacher and the friend of students’ healthy growth. The study on incentive mechanism of college counselors has an extremely important effect on the management of the university students and the
4、establishment of the ideological and political education. Nowadays, some phenomenon as the counselor team is unstable, the whole comprehensive quality of the counselor team improved slowly, the members of the team lost a
5、 lot have been shown up in some university, that is because the lack of the comprehensive incentive mechanism. Therefore, this paper takes some university counselors in southwest China for investigation subjects, from th
6、e view of the incentive mechanism and the human-oriented management, get to know the insufficiencies of the comprehensive incentive mechanism. That is the deficiencies of the intrinsic incentive and extrinsic incentive:
7、policy motivation, material encouragement, spirit motivation, and environment excitation. Further more, the shortcomings of the system of the human-oriented management. According to the question above, this paper propose
8、s two solutions: no the one hand, establish and consummate a multiple institutions of the incentive mechanism of the university counselors, on the other hand, take the human-oriented management concept to enhance the com
