2、 order to solute the problem of high energy consumption of the test bed of train air-conditioning. The structure and theory of the test bed of train air-conditioning was expatiated and the mathematics model was analyzed,
3、 based on which, two rehabilitation proposals were proposed. As a solution, the method of condensation heat recovery was introduced, as well as the method of leading in out-door air directly and mixing with the test air
4、 in the condition that the enthalpy of out-door air met a certain requirement. The energy saving theory and economy were analyzed, and the rehabilitated system of the test bed was also designed. Then the energy saving ef
5、fect in different area of China was discussed and analyzed. Large amount of statistics data proved the conclusion that the rehabilitation proposal could save energy to a great degree and had high practical application va
6、lue and promotional value. According to the analyze result, the method of leading in out-door air could be used in the area south of Changjiang River in the most of all year time, which in, the time in Wuhan was 642 hou
7、rs and 40895.4 KWH electric power could be saved in one year. The method of condensation heat recovery could be used to recover the condensation heat of air-conditioning when the first method could not be used. By which,
8、 136452.2 KWH electric power could be saved in one year in Wuhan area. Large amount of electric power can be saved by alternative operating of the two proposals and the initial cost could be recovered in three months. B
