組合機(jī)床設(shè)計【畢業(yè)設(shè)計】

1、摘要應(yīng)用組合機(jī)床加工大批量零件，快捷高效，生產(chǎn)效率高是機(jī)械加工的發(fā)展方向。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目是“銑變速箱體兩個端面”。本組合機(jī)床要求能實現(xiàn)銑兩端面，能進(jìn)行手動，銑削頭能作 10mm 的微調(diào)。 在工藝制定過程中，通過批量的進(jìn)行銑兩端面的加工方案，并尋求最佳的工藝方案，借此說明了工藝在生產(chǎn)過程中的重要性。本人的設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容是：進(jìn)行了機(jī)床總體布局設(shè)計；對機(jī)床的進(jìn)給和傳動部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計；結(jié)合實例，介紹了夾具設(shè)計方法；通過此設(shè)計，本機(jī)床完全
