3、e ownership. The newspaper mainly faced difficulties in the following five aspects when it resumed publication: First, interviews and the channels to get news were restricted; Second， the reviews were difficult to write;

4、 Third, readers changed; Fourth，the idea of the newspaper was difficult to meet the situation; fifth，the management faced more severe difficulties. However the newspaper persisted finding the path to get rid of the pligh

5、t. They mainly applied three aspects measures: first, shrink their spectrum of readers, adjusted the Orientation and revised the pages. But these measures could not reverse the situation. If the newspaper wanted to surv

6、ive in that kind of plight, the only way was Joint state-private ownership. From the survival point, for example, the rising of publication, the improvement of the workers welfare, the advanced of machine, the newspaper

7、went out of the plight indeed. Undoubtedly, the private management with the authority`s help and the joint state-private and public ownership were the key factor making the newspaper survival. In the same time the Specia
