3、ance Status during anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy ,to explore relevant factors, provides reference for preventing and coping with adverse reaction; to understand hepatoprotectors status and investigate its reasonablenes

4、s. Method: A nested case control study were adopted.Firstly,a prospective cohort was estailished with 669 active pulmonary TB patients who were new TB patients and accepted the standard short-course anti-TB treatment in

5、aurumqi tianshan area , Yining city,Yining center and Huocheng center from 2010-1-1 to 2011-1-31.before TB patients receiving treatment ,to carry out a baseline survey and laboratory test .the baseline survey questionnai

6、re refered to the case-record of pulmonary tuberculosis carred out in china National Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Scheme,the laboratory test content inclouding liver function 、hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HB

7、sAg) and human immune virus(HIV). then following up 2-3 months ,to test again liver function for free and carry out following survey about Functional liver disturbance such as its incidence,associated risk factors and so

8、 on in the end of reinforcement period .Secondly, to analysis the possible factors affecting liver function in the function liver distrubction group and the normal group. Result:Ninety-five patients (14.2%) experienced f

9、unctional liver distrubction, twenty-four patients(3.59%)were hepatotoxicity . There are risk factors that affect liver function were male, hepatitis history, hepatitis B surface antigen positive, suffering from other di

10、seases(except tuberculosis, hepatitis or HIV), taking drugs for preventing liver damage, taking other drugs for treat other diseases(except TB drug, protect liver medicine). Glucurolactone has significant differences in
