2、ant factor in facilitating the optimization of the urban region space and accelerating the changes of urban social space. At the present time, it is a sizable adjustment and transformation for most development zone in ch

3、ina. On account of the relative deficiency of the study on western development zone, the present study briefly reviewed the development history at home and abroad and systematically hackled the related study on the devel

4、oping of development zone as well as the interaction between the development zone and urban spaces. Then the paper further researched the developing of the development zone and its influence on urban spatial structure ba

5、sed on the research of the development zone in LanZhou. The paper begins with a tentatively analysis of the overview of the developing of the development zone and urban spatial structure in LanZhou. Through an overall

6、investigation of the development zone above the provincial level, the developing history has been divided into three stages: tentative exploration, comprehensive implementation and steady development. And the developing

7、of 2 existing state-level development zones and 4 provincial ones has been introduced. Besides, the urban spatial structure has been analyzed and illustrated in the view of regional structure and industry mechanism to fu

8、rther explore the influence of the development zone on urban spatial structure. Secondly, the developing of the development zone has been comprehensively evaluated by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method. Base

9、d on the questionnaire, through identifying the evaluating index system, working out the valuating weighting factor by analytic hierarchy process and getting the Roland Rating of every developing zone by means of fuzzy e

10、valuation method, quantitative analysis of the developing of the development zone has been realized. The results showed that the developing of the state-level ones were obviously better than the provincial ones. The eval

11、uation number of social evaluation for most development zone was higher than the one of economic efficiency. And there was a slight deficiency in preferential policy and infrastructure construction. Thirdly, the urb
